I wanted to let everyone know that I have a tie to the Matron Hive East so anyone that may either already be 80+ or needs a 80th level graduation present shopuld speak to me about getting this beautiful quest rainment... It's a single piece that replaces any clothing under armor and cast armor other VI and a Moderate Attribute (random.) And, yes, it can be dyed. Very Sweet.
