Taverns are typically where you'll get news. It's a good location where almost everyone goes. You may trade here as well, please use the same guidelines as specified for trading in the Item Shop post. You may also have IC conversations and stuff with people here. There are no rules on it, really. You may be in an adventure and post here, too. Just as long as it's kept IC.
