He was banished from his home/relm because he had failed to with hold his family honor.
Now he looks for a way to restore his families honor and his own. Hoping to find and kill his fathers killer but also fights himself to withhold from feeling guilty from his mothers death who died shortly after giving birth to him.
He still checks on his home by talking to the spirits that hang around by his home, and went back shortly after, when he was told that there was a clan of of dark elves coming to take over. He got there with a few seconds to spare as the dark elven clan moved under the tree he was hiding in. He then fired off a few shots at the dark clan and managed to take out a few, making the numbers manageable for his home defenders to take care of. Shortly after, he jumped out of the tree he was hiding in and broke his bow as he landed. He crept over to where one of the dark elves laid and took his bow, then he ran off into the surrounding mist that was setting in. He found himself in a town not far from his home, and made some gold by making good, sturdy bow's that wouldn't break so easily under pressure. He moved on shortly after making enough gold to get him to the town nearest to the grass lands and is now there, waiting for the chance to make things right and for the chance to go back home. Everyday, he remembers the fight that his father had fought in to protect their home.

It was dusk, the sun was setting, showing its colors of gold, yellow, and red. It was raining, as a man stood with his sword drawn in his battered and bruised state. The mans enemy was in a dark cloak and all that was seen was his blood red eyes, starring into the depths of defenders blue eyes. The defender ran full speed at the cloaked man and slashed out with his sword but he only hit air. The defender suddenly felt a cold hand touch him as he was turned to face the cloaked figure. WildWind ran out to help his father but it was to late, his father was found spiraled on the ground, with a large stab wound in the right side of his chest. WildWind stood next to his father, looking for the cloaked figure but he was no where to be found.

"Son." WildWind heard his father say, he bent down as a tear ran down his cheek, into his fathers wound. "Son, go and find the one who attacked our home, and kil..." Right before his father finished his sentence, his father died. The villagers all came from their homes as they heard the screams coming from WildWind. They all gasped in fear and horror as they found WildWind by his father with blood stained hand's. In an outrage of anger, they chased WildWind out of the Elven Village and banned him and any further offspring of his to ever come back to the village. Shuttering from that memory, a single tear rolled down his cheek and onto the ground. He hated that day that he lost his father and the rest of his family ties. That memory is the fuel that drives him further on his quest to restore his families honor and that of his own. That memory gives him anger to drive him even further then just to restore his families honor but it also drives him towards revenge. He wants to get revenge on his fathers killer, he want's to show/prove to his family and village, that he did not kill his father.

He wanted to see the face that caused him so much pain, and he wanted to show everyone in his family and village the true face of evil, Then he wanted to make the killer suffer like he had to suffer. He realized that wasn't what he wanted, he just wanted his family back, and to feel like he belonged once more, but most of all, he wanted to go home. Every night that it rains, he goes out to the boarder of his village, and tries to speak to the spirits that roam there, but as faith has it, he can make no contact as of yet. When he comes back from his journey, he lights two small torches', one for his mother and one for his father, so he can honor and cherish their scafrices they made in either the living world, or the spirit world. His heart beats faster and faster with each day that pasts, for he knows he's getting closer to finding him, to find the one who shattered the last bits and pieces of his life. One day lead to the next, a storm was coming in closer each day. The winds increased as it drew nearer, but he didn't care. Finally, on the day the storm arrived, the winds blew at high speeds. WildWind found shelter in a near by cave and watched as the hands/winds tried to pick up the grounded trees.

No animal alive would be brave enough to move in this storm but there are crazier things that happen. As he watched the wind blow and the rain start to fall, he could just hardly see a moving figure come closer to the cave but staggered back as the wind started to blow harder. WildWind used his brain and tied a rope to one of his arrows, and then to himself. He shot the arrow with all his might at a nearby tree, and with a bit of luck, it lodged its-self in the trunk of the tree. WildWind ran out into the storm at full speed, with hopes of reaching the person in time. He repeatedly shot arrows into the trunks of the nearest trees, and with each shot, he moved carefully along the rope line, moving closer to the person with each step. The figure was now holding for dear life, as the storm picked up. Within a few long moments, WildWind made it to the figure. He was shocked to see that it was a women, for women hardly travel. He showed the women the rope line and he quickly tied it around her waist. She followed him carefully along the path of rope and was very joyish when they made it to the cave.

The women stared at him and then spoke. "Thankyou, you have saved my life and in the progress, made a friend." WildWind just looked at her and said nothing, but as the long silent moments passed on, he finally spoke up. "My name is WildWind, I'm a traveler that was just passing by at the right moment." The women, now sitting, introduced herself. "I am Rose Thorn, princess of the elven land." WildWind was shocked and his face ghostly white. He had heard of her as he traveled from his village but never thought that he would meet her. They talked for hours upon hours, the storm had finally passed as the princess slept but WildWind just packed up his bow and arrows, then continued on with his journey, not taking a second glance at back. He traveled for endless days, not stopping for rest. He met many people along the way but none could help with his quest to find the killer but one man took him in and gave him food and drink, then made a place for him to rest. WildWind thanked him for the food and drink, but declined the offer for rest for he told the man he must move on or the thing he's looking for will vanish forever. With that, WildWind moved on, into the distance with the sun rising and spreading its light over the land. It was early morning when he saw the village blazing in a wave of red and blue fire. As he walked closer to the village, he could smell burning flesh in the air. He slowly walked the village streets, looking for anyone who might still be alive.

Many hours went by as he searched but found no-one still living from the encasing fire. Wood was splintered and scattered across the street. Birds as dark as night, flew above the village, calling to their friends to come feast with them. The sun was sinking behind the mountains, taking the light with it. WildWind was now walking away from the charred village and continued searching for the killer. Days passed which turned to weeks and he still had come no closer to finding him then when he started. WildWind stopped in a village near the base of the mountains to restock on supplies, but as he walked out of the village, he saw the cloaked figure that attacked his village. He quickly took an arrow from his side bag and loaded it into his bow. He took careful aim and pulled back, and let it fly. It flew past him towards the cloaked figures back. WildWind watched as the arrow tore past the cloak and into the cloaked figures skin. The cloaked figure took the arrow from where it laid in his back, and pulled it out. Snapping the arrow in two, the figure threw it to the ground and ran towards the mountains base, stopping for a moment to look back at the person who shot him, and then continued running. WildWind smiled as he saw the figure run and he knew it will be easier to find him, for theres a trail of blood following the cloaked figure. "Father, our honor will be restored." WildWind said to himself and then followed the blood trail that slowly flowed from the figure.

Alright, you need to clean that up a little so I can read it better...and then You need to come up with a Backstory for your charecter. If you look at the older registration's you'll see what I am talking about.
You also need Age, and Physical Description.

Elither Daegovad - February 29, 2004 04:27 AM (GMT)
Still isn't there, and by far. Look in The registrations that have the lock symbol. Those are the one's that have passed. It needs to be like that.

You're also missing a Personality. What, is your character THAT boring? :P (j/k on the boring remark, btw. But you really do need a personality attribute added in there).

I think I might have it this time.
I've added a personality and fixed the list of items and added an age, along with every-thing else you said to put in.

Close, but You Background Story still needs to be longer.

Tonio Asura - March 2, 2004 03:01 AM (GMT)
While you're working on that background story, you need some serious work on the pluralization process. I'll give some examples.

Bad: enemie's
Good: enemies

Bad: boot's
Good: boots

Why stuff like boot's is wrong.

Boot's = belonging to the boot
Boots = plural form of boot

Ok, I don't know whats happening anymore. My charater has been looked over and you guys have been replying back telling me what corrections to make, and Tonio Asura has been a big help. He's been checking over my spelling and grammer and telling me to make my background a bit longer. I did all that and I guess what I'm trying to ask is; My registration complete? :ph43r:
