Physical description: Long brown hair tied in the back, reaching down to the middle of her back. Wears light green clothes, smooth as silk. Her pants and shirt are of the same color and material. Very light and the shirt is long sleeved. Also wears a hooded cape that is purple on top and blue underneath with a light green hood. The cape has many elven marking all over it. She also wears very primitive shoes and often looks for replacements only to have them break.

Personality: Open-minded and always on top of things. Her mood is ever changing and she prefers to be on the sidelines and watch others, although when it counts she comes through. Likes to hoard anything and everything of value but will share with worthy allies. She enjoys trying to become stronger with her skills and has much fun speaking with the spirits, even when she doesn’t understand them. She has fun with what she does and loves to learn new things an meet new people. Moods go from excessively hyper to extremely depressed, sometimes without notice.

Story: Shugotenshi, also known as "Shugo" to her closer friends, has always been very active. She is a very youthful 49 years of age, at least it is youthful with elves. Shugo spends her days talking to the ancient sprits and trying to learn from them. Although she has been self trained as a ranger she loves to swing from trees and capture creatures for fun. The village elder, Edhil, is a Beast Tamer who counts on Shugo to bring rare and exotic creatures from farther reaching parts of the island back. Being a farming culture, the village of Shugotenshi's birth knows much of the land. The people of this village specialize in speaking with the spirits, so Shugotenshi has picked up much knowledge in this area. Her days are laid back and easy, but she very often seeks adventure to make it more exciting.

Although trained as a ranger she is quite adapt in jumping as well. Not as well as a lancer, but she can swing through trees with ease. Her strength and agility are her foremost abilities, although she does put some spiritual effort in. Many a time she has snuck up on unsuspecting villagers and caught them by total surprise. She even spent three whole days following someone before she was caught sleeping on their roof!

Now Shugotenshi has finished her training and embarks off into the deep forests on adventures. From capturing new and strange creatures for the elder to speaking with the spirits in ancient tombs, every day holds a new story for her. Where will she embark next?
