Okay, I've been thinking about this for a bit, and I asked two of the other mods their opinions, and this is what was come up with:

You can either keep the pre-made guilds that exist now...

Or

You guys can make your own guilds. One of you will decide a name, and whoever PMs me or Alkioth about making the guild will be the leader of it. You'll also need 3 other people who will join it right-off-the-bat. So you'll PM us with the name, and the names of the 3 ppl who are going to join. If you lack the two people, you cannot make the guild. As the leader you'll be responsible for the following:

Recruiting (of course people can ask to join via PMing the Leader - and u can set up 'requirements' to join if you like.)
Managing your guild (activity, what topics you guys put up, any policies you have as a guild, etc.)
Any guild quests you choose to do
and whatever other duties you take on.

The down side to this is you, as leader, have more work. The up side is you have a guild of ppl who probably can get along, and a guild of people who WANT to be in that guild. It also creates more diversity since not all the knights will be in one place, and not all the rangers in another, mages in another, etc.

And we will restrict it down to 5 guilds total. If any 1 guild is inactive for too long w/o due warning or reason (other than 'i have no time to come on and post'), then it will be deleted and then may be replaced with a new guild.

Later on we may have a Guild Mod who will do the adding of guilds and such, but for now PM Alkioth or I.
