All the shops (except for in Rionolianthu - because it has no one there, and thus is a last priority.) are complete. The last things I need to add have to do with special quests, so that's no problem. Every store is upgraded to its max as far as buying stuff, and so any purchases you've been waiting on may now be made. You'll notice some price changes, of course, but everything's set up in that regard. ^_^
