Okay folks, I hope some of you are aware that there are websites dedicated to direct linking. Does 5 megabytes of file space sound good to you?! Upload/direct link your images at villagephotos.com

I'm not sure how long this service has been up. But I'm currently hot linking a fairly large guild layout for Neopets on this web site. Have you any idea how much that would kill their bandwidth?! And yet the layout is still up and running, so do take advantage of this service while it's still available.

If you must rely on a free web site service, they tend to have nifty badges or banners to replace whatever image you're using to direct link. If you upload and/or rename the file to a .txt format, you will have no troubles whatsoever. Actually, if you do it for a while and you know you get a lot of hits on a particular page, they'll catch you and delete your account. How do I know this? Because I've had quite a few accounts deleted this way <_< I've tested this out with Angelfire and Tripod, and my cousin does it for Geocities. Also, if you own an AOL account, they haven't been enforcing any direct linking restrictions for that personal homepage or something. I've really no idea, I hate aol. But it's a method that a friend uses.

Hope any of that nonsense is worth to any of you guys who want to post files. I've been drawing Azhure during my free time so I'll get it scanned asap.
