Lancers:

Lancers would rely less on stealth or cunning, they're the most physically adept of the Elvish race. Not quite as fast as a Ranger, but faster than the Beast Tamer, this spear-wielding warrior can leap to great heights then come smashing down upon his target with a lance or sword. They're more adept with the lance, and know nothing of magic. They're decent with herbs, though, so they may make potions to heal themselves. (NOTE: All elves are good at that, some better than others. Clerics, Druids, Rangers, Beast Tamers, Lancers. That's the herb-specialty order from best to worst.)

Skills

Level 1
  • Jump - Vaults the Lancer high into the air, then come crashing down upon the target. Useful on slow enemies, but could be dodged easily by faster classes like Rangers.
Level 2
  • Lance Spin - Lunge out at the target and twirl your lance or spear vertically, hitting them with the blunt end, and cutting them with the sharpened end.
Level 5
  • (A)Multiple Arms - Allows for another weapon to be equipped. Note that both weapons may not be used simultaneously without the p.skill Dual Wield. *1*
  • Speed Slash - Lash out at the target in a quick pivot and backhand-style attack at the target.
Level 7
  • Charge Slash - Infuses sword with your chosen element as you slash out to attack your opponent.
Level 10
  • Blind Leap - Dropping upon your knee with your shoulder facing the target, then make a leap into the air twice as high as a Jump. While in the air you perform a backflip and thrust your lance out as you're about to come back around, slingshotting you down like a falling arrow upon your target. Misses more often, but thrice the power.
Level 12
  • (A)High Jump - Auto Upgrade for Jump. It doubles the height of the leap.
Level 14
  • Pole Sweep - Drop down into a roundhouse stance, sliding your hand down the shaft of the lance/spear. When your hand reaches the bottom, you grab on and swing it down at the ankles (not the feet) in a wide sweeping arc in an attempt to trip up your opponent.
Level 15
  • Arc'd Crash - Execute Pole Sweep, if it misses, swing the lance/spear up into a rising arc, then grip it with your second hand as you get a light hop into the air then slam the shaft down upon the cranium / shoulder of your opponent.

  • Lvl1 - Rapier
  • Lvl1 - IronShaft

Key:

*1*: On the Lancer class, your first weapon is a Spear (IronShaft) or a Lance (Gunge Lance). Then, when you get this skill, you may equip the Rapier, a light sword. Lancers will only have the ability to use Spears, Lances and Light Swords.
(A): This is an ATTRIBUTE. Attributes are any skills that aren't attacks. Most attributes you don't have to use, they're just there, like Multi-Shot. There may be some Attributes that have to be used, and they will be marked so that you're made aware of that.
