That's right folks, the Swordbreakers are having an intraclan tournament, and are offering up the chance for YOU to make money on it. The official rules are as follows:

You may bet any amount of money on any contender in the tournament. The amount of money you bet will determine the amount of the rewards that you reap. In example, if Shugotenshi decides to drop her entire bank account on Aeneas in the first round (good choice!) and it accounts for 95% of all bets on Aeneas, than she wins 95% of the payout as well as her own money back. To maximize your money reaping potential bet high! You may only bet on matches that haven't yet had both contenders post. Once the second fighter makes his post, that's it for betting on that match. Note that a 5% usage fee will be made from every bet into the Swordbreaker's Treasury for equipment upgrades, etc. Make sure to check back into this thread often to see how much you've won, and who'll be in the next round of bouts! The person who sets the highest amount of GP into successful bets will receive a GP bonus and a surprise present from Kiwi, so make sure to bet on every match!

I would ask the same thing, if it weren't for Aeneas's superior posting abilities. However, I would also ask when Aeneas was asked to set up the topic when I was set in charge of it... Oh well. However, Aeneas, with only one person betting on you, all that person will get is their own share of money back. Remember the percentages? If I win, he will simply get his money back. If I lose, he gets his money back. Same with you. Percentages is a liability to how you limited the betting system from how it was originally... Oh well, liabilities, liabilities, liabilities... I love saying that word as well as '...' ...

Anyways, should I copy the original betting paramaters and post it up here?

Now, The rules, what with the new smaller group of people, is here! Just because we are in the semi-finals, I am thinking that we all need to raise the stakes here people! From now on, there is a minimum bet of 200 GP, not very high, just one Friday's pay! The same percentages will be used for betting. The system may be found here: The percentage betting System If this is confusing, let's just say that the people who bet on the losing people lose all of their betted money, and it is split up fairly to the others who betted on the winning guys. I'll calculate it, so no worries there! (I do hope you guys will trust me)
