8.Clothing/Appearance- In The World, Adrya is dressed in a white and blue outfit, the top of her shirt wraps around her shoulders and down her chest to her midriff. She wears a skirt where the front has been cut short, exposing her legs while around her waist and down her backside is a longer cloth draping over her body. White, tight, thigh high boots decorate her feet, and removable sleeves wrap around her arms.
Her hair is a platinum blonde that shimmers and almost blinds in the sunlight except for the areas of pink streaks lining her hair. It is short, the longest part of the hair cut reaching just the edge of her chin. It is choppy and layered, giving a shaggy, unkempt look to her otherwise gentle and trimmed features. The Wavemaster's eyes are a pale ice blue color with dark lashes lining them. Her skin tone is tan, almost an olive color, causing a clash within her physical image. She can stand out in a crowd from her strange combinations of colors.
With long limbs that gives the girl her height, she can stand amongst the average player character, where as in the real world Bethany is only a height of 5'1. She made her character with the height difference in mind because of the robbery genetics had pulled against her.
9.Personality- Bethany is a high school who is called many things, including the following: immature, whiney, caring, sweet, and callous. With her young development of maturity, these traits travel to her character as well. She doesn't feel the need to hide who she is in a video game, therefore letting who she is shine through.
But how could a girl seen as sweet and caring be called callous as well? Because of her
lack of maturity, Bethany/Adrya will often say things without thinking of the outcome. With first impressions being a riding force on the waves of Adrya's way of thinking, she can often jump to conclusions or statements that would be seen as rude or uncaring. However, her intentions are always pure, despite what people may sometimes think. Once set into her place after making a statement that could offend, she will often think of what she said, and how she said it, immediately feeling bad for it afterwards.
Adrya is not a confrontational person, therefore backing down submissively when confronted. She will often blush when she is in the middle of an argument, along with her voice beginning to waver and the girl being on the verge of tears. If she is aware of someone being upset with her, she will try to avoid them for as long as she can.
Overall, Adrya is a happy, cheerful girl with a good sense of humor and who enjoys interacting with people, new and old. She cares for any friends that she may have deeply, cherishing their friendship and will easily become sad if she loses communication with someone. She is always looking for a way to network, always interested in a new personality. Becoming a part of The World, she felt that it would be a great way to branch out even more.

11.Heavy eyes struggled to stay open, her head bobbing back and forth while sitting in her uncomfortable desk in the classroom. If this desk would just disappear, Bethany would happily take a place on the ground, curl up on the cool tile flooring and fall asleep. However, with the boring ramblings of her teacher, the uncomfortable metal chair she sat upon, and the incredibly stuffy room lacking air conditioning because of the unit breaking down earlier in the week, she found her task at hand somewhat difficult.
If I could just sneak in a few minutes I would feel so much better!Then it happened. Her eyes began to close and her hearing faded to a soft mumbling before it had gone completely silent.
Bethany had managed to fall asleep.
Her blissful nap however would soon be disrupted by a sudden slam on her small desk.
“What?” She cried, eyes wide and mouth gaping open. Looking up she saw her teacher staring down at her, his eyes narrow and his mouth turning in a thin, disapproving line. She swallowed hard.
“Excuse me Bethany, but I was wondering if you could possibly repeat what I just recited?”
Bethany could feel her cheeks begin to heat up, a pink glow surely spreading across her face. She heard some snickering in the background from some of her classmates.
“No, I can't. Sorry.” She said sheepishly.

Shutting her front door softly, Bethany could still feel the knot in her stomach from her mistake she made in English class. No more falling asleep in there.
Walking around the corner, entering into her living room she noticed her little brother sitting at the computer, staring intently on the monitor. She blinked a few times before walking over to him.
“How in the world did you get home early? Usually you're walking into the door right as I do.” Bethany stated. Her brother looked up at her with a bright red nose, sniffing from time to time.
“Sick. School nurse let me call mom. I have a cold or something.” He said.
“Ah, well stay away from me.” She said. Her eyes traveled from her sick brother to the actual computer screen.
“What's this?” She asked with peeked curiosity.
“A new game I got.” He said as he sniffed. “An MMORPG. It's called 'The World'.”
“That's neat.”
“Well here, take a seat and play it.” Another sniff. “My head is killing me from staring at the screen. I logged out just now so register if you want.” He said as he stood. Bethany jumped back, avoiding making contact with her brother as if he were the virus himself. After he walked out of the room, she stared down at the inviting machine.
“I guess I could check it out.” She mumbled to herself as she sat down. Her concerns for her brother's illness disappeared from her mind as she began to click.
'Wish to Register?' The game had asked.
“Yes, please.” She responded.
'Please create a username and password.'
She thought for a moment before she typed in a name she had seen on the internet one day.

The game registered the name, letting her go deeper into the expansive game.
