Running into the Pawn Shop after a long trip through the Juk Prison, Baron laid a handful of items on the counter and pulled out a list of things he needed, trying to figure out how to round out his spell lists before the Elimination Arena started.

"Hey, Nizam, I know you probably don't have a few of these in stock, but can I get a Frost Anklet, Ceramic Anklet, Iron Anklet, a Winter Coat,a Fossil Bracer, a Newt Necklace, a Tsumuji, and a Homura? In exchange, I'd like to trade in my Sotetsu, my Slayers, my Kyoura, my Raccoon Earcap, a Yellow Candy, and a Permafrost scroll, as well as the remainder in GP. What're my prices for immediate ordering?"

Nizam, doing some math, nodded along absently. "Well, that comes along to 30,400 GP if you don't want to wait the week."

Things were definitely not looking good, with those prices. "If I took off the Fossil Bracer and the Winter Coat, what would my immediate price be?"

The shopkeep yawned. "Then you'd owe me 24,000 GP."

Baron sighed, knowing that the loan he'd have to take from the Army of Darkness would be haunting him for quite a while. Still, it was worth it for what he was getting in exchange.

"Ouch, that's a hefty price, Nizam, but I think I can just afford to pay it. You sure you can't knock it down another 1000 or so GP? I'll throw in two Green Gales and two Gale Breaths if that'll help."

Nizam shrugged. "For that exchange, I'll knock it down to 11,280 GP."

Wait, there was some hope after all. Apparently Baron hadn't been paying enough attention. "That's a managable price. How much if I re-include those two pieces, though? The Winter Coat and the Fossil Bracer?"

"It'll come to 15,000 GP."

Baron considered one last time. "And if I throw in a Soul Charm and a Healing Potion, as well as a Hunter's Blood and a Speed Charm, will that lower it to 13,000 GP?"

Nizam snorted. "If one of the hemispheres of my brain collapsed, maybe. I'll take you down to 14,300 GP for all that."

Baron nodded. "Alright, Nizam, that sounds like a fair deal. Allows me to avoid debt, anyway. I'll even throw in an extra 60 GP for your generousity, though it's mostly because I hate uneven numbers. Thanks again for the deal!"
