So I've been scavenging through a number of old posts. Initially it was out of boredom, then after noticing a number of things -- such as noticing members posting who I haven't seen in decades, as well as, the first piece of my title relates to, honorary members, it developed into me trying to find out just where they stood. I was also looking for the MIA thread, which I remember being pinned, to notice it no longer existing. If it wasn't pinned then I think it needs to be pinned now.

Basically. I'm wondering what exactly we're going to do about the entire lot of things. Members, the bank, and the MIA thread. Right now we're focused on recruiting new members, which I agree, is a good idea, and needs to be done if we want to establish ourselves anew -- but theirs a great deal we have yet cleared up (or at 'least to my knowledge).

Let me bring up the member and honorary issue first. The most obvious of issues, Viva's not apart of the clan list anymore but, as we all know, has never surrendered membership, so that immediately needs to be fixed. Then theirs Jeri, Hero, and Apathy. I have absolutely no contact with Apathy, and I won't say I've tried to contact him, because I haven't; but checking his last active date on Divvy, he's blatantly been out of commission for awhile. Same goes for Jeri, both haven't done anything since some point last year. I haven't seen Hero online for awhile either, however, his last activity date was two days ago when I checked his profile, so he's been snooping around without a word for awhile. Then theirs the honorary members, who to my knowledge, are only Jpec and Raquar. I don't know if Raquar is active on Divvy anymore, but Jpec definitely is.

In a nutshell, what should be done about them? The whole lot. Without the MIA thread we have absolutely no idea where Jeri, Hero, and Apathy evaporated to, so deleting them from the guild list without actually 'knowing' what their situation is like would be unethical. I don't have contact with the honorary members, so I can't say what to do about them; since for all I know both Jpec and Raquar could talk to Chase on a daily basis. However, from my current knowledge of the situation with them, I wanted to suggest scrapping the entire honorary membership title. Or somehow contact the honorary members and see where they stand with our clan anymore? Since they were honorary Figment Raiders. Not AM members. I also wanted to clear up what happened with Rayo. Did he quit Divergence, or just Administrative position? If it was just administrative duties then why was he booted from the clan? Did he request it...? I've been out of commission 'till now myself so I have absolutely no idea. When the FR's were having their issues he seemed pretty earnest about it so I wouldn't think he'd request out.

That's the most important of what's been concerning me. On a less important note, as I've slightly brushed over earlier in the post; we need to analyze the Closet thread, establish a new MIA thread (to prevent the problem we're experiencing now from happening again), and kind of clean up the AM forum. If you click the topics from the "beginning" there are a 'ton' of useless threads floating about. As well as pointless posts in some of the pinned threads. Less important like I said, but keeping tidy is essential in a clan as well, haha. I've mentioned to kaz some other suggestions I've had for the clan but those really aren't essential. Enough to be mentioned here anyways.

What does everyone else think though?

Oh. One more thing. I haven't talked to H4x in awhile myself. He's been shifted to members according to his site ranking. So. Is he officially out? As far as I know he never requested it. He however never popped his head up when we were trying to establish everyone's(which is basically Viva, Xantos, Art, Chase, and I) views on leader positions, and other clan issues as well, when he's readily active in GD. So I'm really confused when it comes to him.

I'm officially out of this clan (but somehow still able to post here and haven't bothered to figure out how), but I still keep watch on goings on in here, so I'm technically an AM 'honorary'.

I mostly watch in case there's a change to the closet, since I started the topic, me and the admins/clan leaders are the only ones who can edit the first post of that thread, which is where the stores are kept, but other than that I've kept my nose out of the goings on of the clan.

Currently short on time, as I'm posting between classes, but I wanted to say that both Kiwi and Jpec(AND Centrus, forgot about you for a second D:'' was rushing in between classes, sorry) have contacted me about the topic (which I'll explain in detail again when I have time. Being the necessary details). But my question to you Arcion is whether or not you 'want' to be an honorary member. I feel kind of awkward subjecting you to questioning and whatnot since I don't have power over anything, but I dunno'. With how you phrased 'keeping your nose' out of clan issues(which is probably misquoted since I'm rushing), I can't tell.

From both Kiwi's and Jpec's PMs it seems honorary members haven't been able to respond in forum to clan issues simply because they couldn't. I talked to Kaz, and she said she'd clear things up with Zan.
What's clear among the four of them however, is that they all wish to be reinstated (excluding Centrus, since I don't know if things are set in stone for him. Seems like a lovely guy so I'd personally love having him aid us) into the clan. I also talked to Kaz about that, which she'll talk to Zan about. We came to the conclusion last night that honorary members should be listed as "[H](Member name)" within' the guild list at the heading of the forum to delineate precisely who the honorary members are in a semi-official standing(which anyone can comment on if they feel the need to).

we're not repinning the MIA topic. it's waay old and out-of-date. easier to just make a new one.

I agree though, making a new MIA thread would probably be a better idea, as well as it being after the recruitment since there'd be new people enlisted who would be thrown on the list as well. I'll delete my agenda list in my previous post since I just noticed what was posted in the recruitment thread; but don't forgot to add Raquar. Noticed he wasn't there among the other contested Honoraries, haha.

Did you notice Kiwi's PM yet btw? I think he's right. It would be a much better idea, while requiring a bit more work, to unpin everything currently up and work from scratch with an Anima Mundi anew. If anything, we could just quote within' the new threads whatever might be essential.

I think anybody that had Honorary Membership before should be offered to have it again--it works IC because we know them and trust them, and it's just really.. fair, for OOC reasons. However, I WOULD like to say that I think we should also redefine what Honorary Membership is. I don't want it to be something that you just get so you can have a FR/AM banner and be able to post in the forum if you feel like it. I think that Honorary Members should have some ammount of responsibility to carry, as well, for the clan's well-being and happiness and all that good stuff so it doesn't die again. :"D

Should we add Hax as an honorary? No offense if you're reading this, Hax, but you don't really have a place in the clan anymore because you don't have a character, but I think it's fair for you to be able to post in the clan still. We still love you. : D

Mhm. I agree entirely. Not that I think this is any of the reasons any of our current honorary list 'wants' to claim that title(since they're all blatantly sincere and empathetic with our situation. And yeah, those are our current honoraries Chase. Number four being CentRus. <3 typos), but by far a just definition of an honorary member should be posted somewhere. Perhaps in our revamped Readme? If we decide to redo certain things from scratch(and I'll Forward Kiwi's message to you so you know what I'm talking about Chase).
