well um i use the main site way to get in i guess at glasscharm and for some reason a site called go daddy has taken it over.

I just thought id give a heads up if someone needs to buy the domain back or something.

id buy it but i have no clue about webpages or how to make it look as good as it was just yesterday.

um if any of the admins have info on this id love to hear it.

This happens periodically, whenever the hosting bill is due. Presumably there's a slight delay between when the payment arrives and when we get put back up.

It also happened once before when the hosting company switched servers.

Things happen, we're aware of the problem, and we've got a plan on the off chance that something has gone wrong this time.

Gingitsune, the co-founder and original admin for Divergence pays for the site. She doesn't RP anymore, and pretty much the only reason main is still hosted is because she uses the site for other things as well...

Not sure what the issue is currently, but I don't really care either. Since it's a godaddy splash page, it's likely something in her domain registrar has changed, or is slow about being paid. Whatever the case is, I plan to purchase new hosting for Mainplot if it's not back up by Tuesday. Tuesday being the arbitrarily chosen day because I worked tonight and I have an exam tomorrow.

For those Mainers who are concerned, I've got a workaround and have taken a complete backup as of earlier today, so in the likely event of a move, there will be no loss of data. It should go relatively smoothly, if it indeed goes.

If and when new hosting is procured, I'll post the new URL for all, and whatnot. In the mean time... Just don't worry about it.
