Why the hell are we having squads?

Answer: Because we've got 12 members now. That's a damn nice number and, because I know some have more ideas or are looking for more activity, we're going to start something new. This is from the decision made earlier from Sasuke and I's conversation and with the suggestion/inquiry coming in from Ko.

Each squad will do what they do, have their own clan quests (Squad quests) and then we'll all come together after about 6 or 9 months and do a clan quest. More story for everyone and more opportunity for character development and clan members to develop their bonds and ties with their fellow members.

Without further ado; here are the two squads:



Phoenix Ravens (Ravens for Short)

Concentrates more on a 'breaking, entering and retrieve what's been stolen, lost, captured, etc' kind of group. Requires a good team of focused offensive majors and those who'd prefer to use their skills to be the first ones in on the action and on the situation. Physical prowress wouldn't just be the focus; magical ability is needed as well as both cover fire, back up, medical support and to tank the shit out of whoever has some physical immunities and make the physical strikes more effective. In addition to those roles, those magic based can be look outs and even go so far as to come up with a strategy that'll cover the weaknesses of the group and turn the strengths into something mind blowing.

Spectre

Focuses on a more 'information gathering, intelligence, spying, stealing codes (essentially the 007 spy shit XD) and back up/support'. Requires people who can communicate clearly and both with and without code. Would help to be multilingual as well in case going to an international server is required. Speed, accuracy and the ability to balance your skills and know when to get out is definitely essential to being in this group. Physical and Magical prowess is useful; physical for being the one to assault (possibly even go so far as to have an assassination), and for gathering that hard to get information and monitoring an enemy's movement.

The squads have been decided! If anyone has a complaint about where they've been placed, please IM Sasuke or I on MSN or AIM (whichever of us has one or both messenger services) and let us know and we will do our best to situate things.
