Go create some havoc and mayhem.

School; School is a place where most kids don't want to be. Kiogi, was one of those kids. Kiogi was smart enough to finish high school, but no one cared, so he just had to progress through school the old fashion way. The bell had just rang to end school. Kiogi was going to his locker, when someone tapped on his back. "Kiogi! How have you been doing!"

Kiogi was ready to punch the person in his face, but when he looked, it was his friend Togasa. "Oh, hey Togasa. You startled me. Hey, I'm in a rush. I'm going home so I can play "The World". Catch you later!"

"Hey Kiogi! Wait I have something to tell you. I know everything about the whole dragon thing. I was wondering if I could help you."

"....Sure. Just keep it quiet." Kiogi walked away from Togasa and out the doors. Kiogi was closer to his home now, so he could just walk. He walked quickly because he wanted to get home, but there was also gangs hanging around. He didn't want to get into another brawl with a gang. When he entered his house, he saw that it was empty. "Mom, are you home?" He waited and there was no answer. "I guess you aren't," he said. He went into his kitchen to find something on the fridge.

QUOTE
Kiogi, I'm going to be working late tonight. The food is in the fridge. I'm sorry I couldn't be home, but I have to pay for things somehow. See you tomorrow.

"Typical mom. She stresses too much. If only dad were here, things would be different," he said grabbing some water. He chugged the water down and went into his room. He turned on his computer and clicked on the "The World" icon. He entered "The World" as Sanzukio. He remembered he was supposed to be hosting a duel. He wrote a flashmail that said:

QUOTE

To: dueling participant
Fr: Sanzukio

Please come to Turbulent Sages Holy Ground. It's a blizzard field. I find it a good place to duel. This is where the duel will commence. I'll meet you there.

Sanzukio rechecked his flashmail over again to make sure he worded it right, before he sent it to Loki, Kuishen, and Athren. Sanzukio was happy with his items and was equipped the way he wanted to, so turned around to the chaos gate and said, "Turbulent Sages Holy Ground!" The golden rings surrounded him and his vision darkened. When he reopened his eyes, he was in the ice cold field. To Sanzukio, this was a good dueling area. The duelers had to deal with the cold and had to overcome the blizzard that was picking up. Sanzukio fell asleep under a tree waiting for his opponents to arrive.

“Now the nucleus of an atom is like the brain, or central controlling system for the atom”, Joss’ teacher said in her normal monotone voice.

“Psst, Joss is this not the most boring class?”

Glancing over at Kade he nodded with no enthusiasm whatsoever. Joss slowly started to drift off into sleep, but once again Kade interrupted his light slumber.

“Dude how has Nicole been, I haven’t seen her at school lately?”

SHUT UP!!!! I’m trying to sleep, S-L-E-E-P sleep, so shut your mouth.”

“Joss, sit down and be quiet and if I catch you sleeping in this class you will get a referral.”

“Yes Mrs. Scalesse… stupid, little, son of a bit-

“Joss I can still here you talking.”

Joss wasn’t having a good day, in the morning his parents were gone and he was left nothing to eat. When he got to school he realized he didn’t do his hair, so he got laughed at for that. Then his so-called friend was keeping him awake in class. His girlfriend wasn’t anywhere to be seen and he didn’t have any lunch money.

School eventually let out and he grumbled, about how stupid the teachers were and how the preps got everything handed to them on a silver platter, all the way home. When Joss walked through the door to his house he wasn’t surprised that his parents were nowhere to be seen. His room was the real home he had considering that every other place in this cruel world was as hostile as him. Joss also had another escape called “The World” only there was Joss truly at peace. So he quietly and eagerly slipped his VR goggles on and entered his username and password.

“Welcome to The World.”

Listening to the sweet automated female voice soothed Joss as he let his mind travel to a parallel world where almost anything was possible.

Kuishen stepped out into the light of the aqua capital, Mac Anu. The streets were filled with other avatars either representing their operator or being someone their not. Everyone had a different purpose for playing this game. Looking around Kuishen saw the crowd moving towards one key spot in the Root town, the Chaos Gate. Looking up at the floating ring was quite peaceful if anything. As if the entire game surrounded these mysterious items Kuishen was dumbstruck for the umpteenth time while playing this game. Kuishen was about to go out on a quest when a flashmail jogged his memory. He was supposed to go out on a duel today with a partner. Kuishen opened up the flashmail with high hopes. He needed something to do today anyways.

Kuishen looked thoughtfully at the message. He took his first step towards his first duel. As he looked up at the Chaos Gate Kuishen shouted out the Keywords.

Turbulent Sages Holy Ground!

Not knowing what kind of field to expect Kuishen was wary as to what was in store for him.

Kuishen looked up and was greeted with an icy blast of cold wet snow. Looking around for someone, he couldn’t spot anyone. Walking only a little bit until seeing a figure under a tree on the horizon, Kuishen darted behind a rock not wanting to be seen by his opponent. He curled up into a ball while he waited and planned his first move.

Luke sat at his computer eating ramen noodles when he thought to himself, "Man, I wish I could have an honorable battle within 'The World' once again." Luke then sat his ramen noodles down and slipped on his VR goggles and grinned. "Maybe that's what I'll do. This is the last day before school starts back and I might as well make the most of it." He then clicked the icon titled "The World". Moments later, he was greeted with the log-in screen. Luke then proceeded to logging in.

Sesshomaru grinned and said, "Once again, I am correct." He then stood up and walked over to the Chaos Gate. "Turbulent Sages Holy Ground." Three golden rings then appeared over Sesshomaru's body, transporting him to the field where he was destined to battle.

The young twin blade appeared in a snowy field. Sesshomaru then looked around at the ice cold snow harshly falling to the ground. "A snow field once again, eh? Very well. At least it's a familiar field," said the silver haired twin blade. Sesshomaru then looked distantly throughout the snow with his golden eyes, searching for his opponent. He smirked and said, "Destiny always comes to me. I shall await my opponents here." Sesshomaru closed his eyes and listened carefully for the sound of footsteps in the snow. The footsteps of his opponents.

Kira was walking to home room and got stopped by his new girlfriend that he asked to the prom the previous week. She called him the next day and asked him to the movies. His luck was improving. Not only is he dating the hottest girl in school he also made captain of his varsity football team. Tom, the quarterback was pissed that a linebacker got picked captain of the team. Kira also is dating Tom’s ex girlfriend Kara. They got talking and she was about to give Kira a small kiss before class as she usually did. Instead she looked up and swore under her breath. Tom was standing behind Kira. He slowly turned around and Tom was standing with three of his buddies, he knew this was not going to be good. Kira scanned the area to see if any of his friends were around to at least have some support, but none were around.

“So Kira, having fun with my girlfriend?” Tom asked.

“Ex-girlfriend!” Kara said.

Before Kira could say anything, Tom punched him in the face, giving him a nice welt on his cheek. Kira stumbled backwards and stared right back into Tom’s eyes. Without thinking as Kira did so often, lunged at Tom tackling him over and giving him two good punches in the face. Tom’s nose was clearly broken and was bleeding profusely. Tom’s goons grabbed Kira and started to whale on his face, all he could do was try to protect his face. Kira heard a yell and some of Kira’s friend came running in and grabbed them off Kira. It turned into an all out brawl, there were people who were not even friends with Tom or Kira were fighting each other. Teachers came sprinting in to try and break up the commotion. When it was all said and done there were 15 kids involved and a few suspensions were given out. Looks like Kira could go home and play some video games.

As he got home and turned on his computer a flash mail awaited him.

"Turbulent Sages Holy Ground." Athren said as he got there, the rings that had just faded, surrounded him once more as he was sent to the duel field. He was greeted by a snowing field filled with trees, snow in all directions as far as the eye could see. “Perfect, I am Canadian I love the snow, I hope these boys can handle it.” He said. There was another player standing close to him, he went over to say hi, hoping that it was partner if not then the fight would be getting started early.

Sanzukio awakened when he heard someone appear in the field. He didn't have to look to know that someone had appeared. He could still hear, so he could appear to be asleep, but wasn't. He heard whoever had appeared hide somewhere, so he could guess it must've been one of his opponents. After a few minutes, he heard two more people come. "Good, good everyone's here," he said to himself. Sanzukio got up and went to the center of where everybody was. "Now that everybody is here, let me explain the rules. We are split into teams. It'll be me and Sesshomaru vs. Kuishen and Athren. You can still use your skills and items and all of that stuff. Are we clear? Now, get with your teammates," he said.

Sanzukio walked over to Sesshomaru. He nodded his head to greet him. Sanzukio wasn't that much of a talker unless he had to talk. He kind of hated that, but unless it was a subject he liked to talk about. Sanzukio took out his stun sword and held it to the air. He held it just a few feet into the air and it froze on the tip. "Starting to get cold. Better not jump or go too high," he said. He turned to Sesshomaru and said, "We'll worry about strategy after we see theirs." Sanzukio looked around to make sure they weren't within earshot, but the wind from the blizzard made it pretty hard to hear someone talk. "Let's get this duel started!"

Sanzukio knew it was hard to see, so he had to rely on his hearing to win. He went to the left and hid behind a tree. He closed his eyes and heard footsteps going crazy. He didn't know whose was whose, so he was confused. He saw a figure and wondered if it was his opponents or Sesshomaru. He didn't want to waste any SP, so he ran to the shadow and struck it. He looked and was embarrassed. He had hit a tree. Sanzukio pulled his sword out of the tree and looked around again. Sanzukio ran around the field trying to find his opponent. The blizzard, on the plus side for everybody, was clearing up. He was able to see just enough to see a figure. He didn't want whoever it was to know he was there, so he was going to cast a spell. "Gan Zot!" He didn't say it as loud as he would, so he wouldn't alarm his opponent. He hid behind a rock because he didn't want the enemy to see him.
Sanzukio held his sword ready just in case he had to use it to defend himself.

Kuishen looked up to see Athren standing over him. Athren introduced himself and asked Kuishen who he was.

“Oh, hi I didn’t see you there my names Kuishen, and I guess we’re partners.”

Introducing himself sounded weird because he hadn’t had to do it all that often. Jumping onto the rock Kuishen was previously sleeping against, he looked over the snowy field. Although visibility was low he could just, make out two other people standing in the middle of the field. Knowing the duel was about to start he quickly came up with a plan of sorts.

“Hey Athren, let’s go the duel’s starting!"

Walking out into the middle of the field Kuishen saw the two other figures more clearly now. It seemed that Sanzukio was a heavy blade and Sesshomaru was a twin blade. Kuishen heard Sanzukio shout something but the wind howled at that moment, so he couldn’t hear it. Seeing the two run off was an indication that the duel had begun.

“Ok Athren, I want you to go around in the direction they went. I will go head-on and draw their attention, and that’s when you make your move.”

Heading off in the direction they went, he trudged through the snow. He didn’t know if Athren had listened or not but he seemed to be out of sight. He came to spot where he could see two rocks. Smelling something Kuishen stopped. Knowing someone was around he stood his ground. In the silence of the moment he noticed the blizzard was clearing up. Hearing something like faint words being spoken Kuishen snapped out of it. Before he had time to react the ground started to rumble. Knowing the signs of an earth spell from his previous quest, he instinctively jumped to the right. At that moment the earth in all its glory burst up from the ground. Kuishen had jumped out of the way enough so as not to take the full force of the spell, but the risen earth had nicked him in his left arm. Screaming in pain Kuishen cried out and drew his spear. Rushing at the nearest of the two rocks he jumped into the air. The cooler air nipped at his face and chest making it harder to breath. Seeing a figure crouching behind the rock before the lack of normal air blacked out Kuishen’s vision he wildly swung his spear at the unsuspecting player. Then darkness came and Kuishen could no longer see, at least for the moment.

Kuishen awoke and saw the person was gone. He hoped he had at least caused some damage to the idiot that had wounded his arm. Knowing that this was a going to be a challenge, he silently walked off to look for Athren.

As the lone twin blade stood in the blizzard, he heard someone approaching. Sesshomaru quicky turned to see taht it was the person to be his partner, Sanzukio. The heavyblade spoke his plan. The strategy was simple, find out the opponents' strategy and then strike back. Before Sesshomaru could make a comment to this strategy, Sanzukio rushed into the blizzard. Sesshomaru frowned and said, "How interesting." The quick twin blade then ran in the direction Sanzukio had went.

As the silver haired twin blade ran in the same direction as Sanzukio, he heard him yell, "Gan Zot!" The twin blade then ran to the place he had heard the spell yelled out by his partner. As he arrived at the point, Sesshomaru saw a long arm walking outward from two large rocks. Sesshomaru frowned and said, "I hope Sanzukio is not dead." Sesshomaru then held up one blade and said, "I shall catch this blind fellow off guard. Juk Rom!" As Sesshomaru said those words, razor sharp leaves appeared and started spinning in a small tornado. The tornado of leaves then rushed towards the opponent. Sesshomaru then held his blades up and said, "Just in case the other opponent attacks, I'll be prepared." Sesshomaru watched the tornado of leaves approach the long arm faster and faster. Sesshomaru frowned and said, "I hope this works."

Athren stood over a player that he hoped was his partner, even if it was not the Red Head still introduced himself. “Hey man I’m Athren, are you my partner? I hope so because this would be really weird if you aren’t because then I would have to fight you.” He said.

The Long Arm stood up and replied “Oh, hi I didn’t see you there my names Kuishen, and I guess we’re partners.”

“Cool, good thing you are my partner then,” Athren said putting his sword back in it’s sheath after it was half out. “There are two dummies over there, any suggestions on this? By the way how was the nap?”

Kuishen gave a nod and told Athren his strategy: “Ok Athren, I want you to go around in the direction they went. I will go head-on and draw their attention, and that’s when you make your move.” The Long Arm explained.

“Alright sounds good to me, lets get this show on the road!” The Blademaster replied as they set off in their respected directions. His heart was racing faster then a NASCAR at the Indy 500, the coldness did not bother him being Canadian, it was the fact that his senses were not atone. The blizzard was at least clearing so he would not have to rely on his senses as much. The Crimson Haired Blademaster ran around a section of trees that his opponents had gone, he was going to try and flank them. The words Gan Zot echoed through the trees followed by a yelp of pain that sounded like Kuishen. “Oh man please tell me he is going to be fine, I don’t have to have my first duel a 2v1.”

Athren took flight running as fast as he could in the direction that the spell had came from. There was now noises of slashing blades hitting something, he had hoped that he was not too late. A small clearing came into site where Athren saw a Twin Blade cast a spell towards his ally. “Oh no you don’t!” He yelled running at the Twinblader who just cast Juk Rom. His sword now unsheathed and slashing vertically down towards his enemies head. “Dodge this!” He screamed.

Sanzukio looked up and saw Kuishen swinging his spear like a madman. However, Sanzukio wasn't fast enough and was hit on his back. Sanzukio was knocked onto the ground vulnerable for another attack, but Kuishen blacked out. "Looks like you’re my opponent Kuishen," he said. Sanzukio didn't want to finish off Kuishen at the moment, so he ran off. Sanzukio was still hurting from the Kuishen's attack. He was still trying to think of a strategy to beat them, but was wondering if Sesshomaru had thought of one. He went to go looking for him.

The blizzard was almost done. He could start to see the sunshine. Things were starting to look up. He could find Sesshomaru easily now, but his opponents could find him also. He had to be careful now. Sanzukio took out his sword, but even with it, he was weak. The cut was really starting to get to him now. He was bleeding profusely. He had to use his item. He took out his health potion and drank it. He felt his strength starting to return. His cut was healing and in a few seconds was only a scar. "At least I have my strength back," he said.

He ran through the snowfield on the lookout for Sesshomaru. Occasionally, he hid behind objects to make sure he wasn't seen by anyone. He saw a figure in the distance and it looked like his ally. He ran to his ally ready to discuss a plan, but just as he got there, the sky changed. The blizzard started to act up and it blinded his vision. He fought through the storm to Sesshomaru. "Hey Sesshomaru. I've got a plan that's simple. Sneak attacks are the key, but they only work if the blizzard is going. If its not, it won't work and we'll just have to duel straight on. What do you think? I'm open for suggestions."

“Juk Rom!”

Kuishen looked up to see a twinblade casting a tornado spell in his direction. Cursing himself for letting his guard down he tried to think of a plan to dodge the oncoming spell. Jumping onto the rocks he had previously attacked Sanzukio on he tried to get a better feel of the field. The tornado was almost converging on him, when he came up with a plan. Jumping into the thick snow Kuishen buried himself until he hit solid ground. Quickly turning around, he pulled the dug up snow and threw it upon himself. Listening as the tornado passed over his hiding spot, or grave, he waited. Hearing the tornado subside he started to dig back out of the hole. It didn’t take long because the tornado had taken off most of it. Breaking through the thin layer of ice he looked over his surroundings. He was standing in a rut made by the tornado as wide as he was tall. Looking around he saw Athren was about to attack the person that had cast the spell on him. Not wanting the twinblade to be aware of the attack he rushed at the character. Knowing that casting a sell had wore him out he was hoping to catch him in a sandwich attack.

“Dodge this!”

Hearing Athren scream the threat he knew it was time to make his move. Already upon the twin blade he jumped into the air. Bringing his spear up to thrust downward Kuishen let out a fierce battle cry.

Die!

He was ready to bring the spear down on the twinblade’s head when a snowflake hit his eye. Not wanting to let the attack fail he continued with his plan. Bringing his spear downward in a powerful thrust he clenched his teeth for the imminent impact. Hoping this would be the finishing blow he whispered something to the twinblade before his spear met with his blades.

Goodbye, my friend.

The target avoided the tornado and somehow disappeared. "Where did that cur go to?" Sesshomaru then heard someone form behind yell, "Dodge this," Sesshomaru then turned to see a blademaster running at him at a high speed and slashing his blade down verucally, aimed at Sesshomaru's head. "Fool. Do you believe this Sesshomaru is that foolish? Always be prepared for a sneak attack when battling two or more enemies." Sesshomaru then put crossed his blades, blocking the blademaster's attack. Just then, the spear wielding warriorwhom Sesshomaru's previos attack was aimed at leapt out of the snow and brought his spear down with a thrust, also aimed at Sesshomaru's head. "Die," yelled the spear wielder. "Damn you both to hell!" The twin blade then tghtened the grip he had on his blades and pushed upward with even more strength as the sper wielder's weapon came down, no forming a co-op attack.

'I have to think fast...'

Sesshomaru then remembered all his physical attacks start from where the blades are positioned at the time it is executed. 'Perfect! This will knock the blades aside, giving me the time I need to escape,' thought the twin blade. Sesshomaru then pushed his blades upward with all of his strength and yelled, "Saber Dance!" His blades spun, knocking both weapons aside. The twin blade then noticed the blizzard stop for a moment and then restart. "Hey Sesshomaru. I've got a plan that's simple. Sneak attacks are the key, but they only work if the blizzard is going. If its not, it won't work and we'll just have to duel straight on. What do you think? I'm open for suggestions."

'That was Sanzukio's voice...'

Sesshomaru then proceeded running in the direction of the voice, hoping to see Sanzukio. The weary twin blade finally caught the heavyblade4 in his sight. He ran over to Sanzukio's side and readied his blades. "That plan sounds perfect to me. Let's just get ready for the fools to come running at us. Be careful, though. These cur's know how to strategize and use team attacks."

“Dodge this! Athren Screamed as he went for a vertical slash aimed at Sesshomaru's head. The Twin Blade was too quick, he crossed his blades and his sword landed right between, his attack was blocked. “Damn it!” He yelled. Before anything could happen Kuishen flew out of nowhere muttering the word Die as his Long Arm came down towards Sesshomaru. Again their plans were thwarted by the Twin Blade being two quick and conjuring his own attack, but he used it for defense.

“Saber Dance” yelled the Twinblader. Both Athren’s and Kuishen’s weapons were blown aside by the speedy Sesshomaru. The Red Headed Blademster fell into the snow just to see Sess run off into the distance after hearing his partners voice. Athren and his partner stood side by side discussing some battle strategy’s. He was lucky that he had full sp, he wanted to wait to use it for Repth, because he only had 10. Athren wanted to use his Sword rather then magic, but his magic was pretty strong so he had some advantage.

“Ok ill go one way and you come the other way, Ill cast Gan Zot at the Twin Blade, hopefully it will send him in the air and if you can get there in time, try and hit him while he is in the air.” Athren suggested.

They took off in their respected directions, his enemies came into sight, the one called Sesshomaru was on the right closest to him. Quickly he ran into the open and yelled “Gan Zot.” The rock pillar hit in between the two and Athren could only hope that it would send and least on of them into the air to be smashed down by his ally.

Sanzukio saw the Gan Zot spell coming towards him and his partner. Sanzukio jumped out of the way and ran to where Athren and Kuishen couldn't see him. "Just for that Athren, you will receive my next attack," he said to himself. He strained his eyes looking for Athren through the blizzard. The cold was starting to get to him, but Sanzukio didn't want to give up. Sanzukio rubbed his arms, so he could stay warm. Sanzukio knew that when the battle started, everything would heat up dramatically.

Sanzukio crawled through the snow, so that no one would see him. After crawling for a while, he saw a shadow in the distance. "Your mine," he said. Sanzukio crawled as fast as he could, but the snow was getting deeper. Before he would reach his target, he would have to be standing up. In order to surprise him, he would just have to try and crawl under all the snow without getting detected.

What Sanzukio said was right. The snow was deep enough to where he was covered in snow all over his body. Sanzukio had to hurry up because he had to hold his breath under the snow. When he got closer, he saw that the figure was Kuishen. Sanzukio needed to draw his attention, so he made a snowball and threw it at him. Sanzukio had to quickly move behind him, so he wouldn't be detected. Once he was approaching him from behind, he jumped into the air. He couldn't say any taunt or anything because Kuishen would be able to dodge his attack. It was a pure silence attack. Sanzukio came down in a vertical slash. Snow got in his eyes, so he couldn't tell if he hit him or not.

Kuishen came down upon the twinblade’s head. At the last second He blocked both Athren’s attack and his. At the moment Kuishen hit the ground he heard the enemy cast a twinblade skill.

“Saber Dance!”

Kuishen was backing off before the skill had even gotten started. Using the skill as a distraction for his escape he disappeared into the field.

“Blast it!”

Kuishen was infuriated that the enemy had blocked both of their attacks. Looking at Athren he sighed. Knowing this was going to be one heck of a win if they succeeded, he began to talk with Athren about strategies.

“Ok ill go one way and you come the other way, Ill cast Gan Zot at the Twin Blade, hopefully it will send him in the air and if you can get there in time, try and hit him while he is in the air.” Athren suggested.

It sounded like a good plan, so he nodded in agreement. He began to run at the opponents when he heard Athren cast the spell. He stopped when he realized that the plan had failed. No one had gotten hit the spell. The enemies had disappeared and he was left alone in the blizzard. He was about to start back towards Athren, when out of nowhere he was hit by a snowball. The snowball had hit his face and stung something fierce. He was annoyed that someone would sink so low that they were throwing snowballs at each other.

“What now?”

Kuishen groaned in disgust at the feeble attempt to distract him from his surroundings. Knowing something was amiss he carefully turned around in a 360 degree circle. He couldn’t see much through the blizzard. Bringing up his spear in case he had to use it he stood his ground. Hearing slight footsteps behind him he readied himself. He didn’t want to alert the enemy that he was aware of his presence. He heard a blade rise to strike when all of a sudden his back was wracked with pain. Screaming he turned around to see the heavyblade behind him grinning. His mind instantly looked to see how much health he had. It was really low so Kuishen cast a Repth spell on himself. His Hp quickly restored itself and he turned to his enemy. Raising his spear in anger he ran at the character that had almost killed him. His vision blurred as it seemingly turned red from the rage that was at work in his head. He was only able to see the character as he lunged his spear at the heavyblade that had caught him off guard and taken advantage of that.

Sesshomaru then saw the spell he was familiar coming at him... Gan Zot. Sanzukio jumped away, as did Sesshomaru. The twin blade did a backflip and landed deep into the snow. As the snow cloud cleared from the impact of the attack, Sesshomaru smirked.

'This is perfect! This snow matches my clothes perfectly! The enemy will not know what hit them once I slaughter them!'

The twin blade then walked in the deep snow. The snow then covered his body up to his chest as he continued walking. The blizzard was getting harder and harder to see through. 'Damn it. I'll attack the enemy as soon as I find them.' Sesshomaru then noticed a blademaster standing alone with his back turned in the blizzard.

'Perfect!'

Sesshomaru then jumped into the air and spun with his blades extended to the sides. "I'm your deliverer to hell!" The blades came nearer and nearer to the blademaster's back. 'Please hit,' thought the attacking twin blade.

“Shit! My spell missed and I am left with low sp, why did I have to waste it.” The Red Headed Blademaster replied as his Gan Zot failed to locate a target. The blizzard began to pick up again and Athren’s senses were not sharp. He relied on eye sight and the ability to see his enemy and attack them, not run around all stealth like a pansy. He preferred to fight heads up, face to face, man to man, none of this light footed crap.

Now the snow was abundant and the low level Blademaster was left vulnerable. Alone in a blizzard not able to see much was not a good combination. Spinning 360 degrees in circles did not help even at the best of times, Athren was now dazed and confused. A sudden noise poked out of the blizzard like a jack in the box.

Two hot blades entered his back, blood splurged out of the deep wounds, crimson blood slowly drizzled out of Athren’s mouth. The Twin Blade got the best of him, his health plummeted down close to zero. The only option there was for him to chug back his only Health Drink and get back on his feet. The Twin Blade Sessormaru was close and wanted to try another pass at him. Athren was not going to let this happen.

“You got me once, you wont get me again!” Athren screamed as he charged at Sessormaru. Blade out with a tight grip on the hilt Athren drove a vertical thrust at him hoping to spill his insides and let the white gleaming snow run red with blood.

After Sanzukio struck Kuishen, Kuishen was angry. Sanzukio could tell just by looking into his face. Kuishen turned around and twirled his spear in a blinding rage. Sanzukio was expecting this and was surprised by the attack. The attack left a gash along his chest and was flung backwards onto the ground. The blood started coming out of the gash and was going on the snow. If he didn't heal himself, the blood would drip onto the snow and he could be easily tracked. That is never a good thing. Sanzukio cast repth on himself and he felt his cut heal. When he looked at it, he still had a scar. Kuishen would pay for that.

Sanzukio was looking for Kuishen again, but this time it was different. He had given him a scar and Sanzukio didn't like scars. They made him look ugly and less attractive. He knew it was going to happen to him sooner or later, but he didn't think it would happen so soon. Kuishen had also put a tear in his clothing. It repaired a little bit, but one more attack like that and it would be unfixable. Sanzukio had his eyes fixed on Kuishen. He didn't care if he went past Athren; he wasn't the one who made the scar. He wouldn't waste his time and strength on him.

Sanzukio plowed through the now deep snow. It was starting to pile up and it looked like it was just going to get worst. This had to be done with quickly. He saw a figure in the distance. With his hatred of Kuishen in his way, he rushed towards it. However, Sanzukio fell down and went into the snow. When he rose, the figure wasn't there anymore. Sanzukio went to where it was and saw it was really a mirage. He looked around and saw it again. This time he watched his step and went towards it. When he got closer, he saw it was Kuishen. "This time I got you," he said. Sanzukio didn't waste anytime and ran swiftly towards him. When he got close enough, he went for the same spot he hit him before. He would do more damage to him if he hit him there again. That was his intention.

Kuishen had scored a direct hit on Sanzukio's chest leaving a hole in his chest and clothing. He watched as the heavyblade staggered back and fell into the snow. Not wanting to be left out into the open he sprinted across the field, hoping to find Athren. Kuishen knew that Sanzukio was out for blood so he went into hiding. He silently rubbed his back and felt the scar that the incompetent heavyblade had left. Scowling in the direction he had run from Kuishen stood there letting the cool air sooth the burning wound.

Finally he decided to go look for his partner. Kuishen started to walk in the direction that he had heard the clash of blades from. Kuishen wanted to get a good feeling of his surroundings so as to not get ambushed again. Kuishen looked around and noticed he was being followed. Kuishen wanted to play dumb and not notice the player pursuing him, but he knew Sanzukio was out for blood and couldn’t ignore the fact he very much so could be caught off guard again. He was noticed that the continuing blizzard had made the snow more difficult to travel through. Wanting to use this to his advantage Kuishen pulled out his one and only speed charm. Raising it into the air he spoke out loud the item’s name and the effects took place immediately. Waiting for his stalker to reveal himself, Kuishen looked up towards the sky and started to daydream. Before his mind completely drifted into La-La land he brought his plan back into his mind. Kuishen planned out his moves very carefully taking into consideration the speed difference of the two classes.

He waited for the heavyblade to strike. He heard the heavyblade’s footsteps plowing through the snow about 20 feet behind him. Kuishen bent his knees in order to spring the trap and spring himself up over the attacking player. When he heard the heavyblade raise his sword Kuishen leaped into the air and twirling 360 degrees in a back flip he landed behind the unsuspecting heavyblade. With his increased speed and attack speed Kuishen raised is spear in a blur of movement and brought it down in the direction of the enemies back. Closing his eyes at the last second before the attack, in order not to get blood in his eyes he waited, his spear raised in a defensive position.

The blades sliced down Athren's back. "Jackpot," said Sesshomaru as he landed onto the snowy ground. The blademaster coughed out blood as he fell to the ground. Blood oozed down Sesshomaru's blades and out of Athren's back. "You and I are simply not in the same class." The blademaster guzzled down a Health Drink and rose up. “You got me once, you wont get me again!” Athren then charged at the twin blade and attempted a vertical thrust with his blade. Sesshomaru ducked down a little and shifted to the left. The blade pierced through the boa that goes around Sesshomaru's arm and into his skin. Blood soaked Athren's blade.

Sesshomaru frowned and said, "Hmph. You truly are overconfident. You think an attack from such a low-level player as yourself would hurt me?" Sesshomaru pulled himslef back in order to get the blade out of his right shoulder. He then striked Athren's blade to the side with his own blades and charged at Athren with this small opportunity. "If that basic attack nearly killed you, get ready to die." Sesshomaru dashed towards Athren at an even higher speed and got in front of him. "Die. Tiger Claws!" Sesshomaru spun furiously, not sure if his blades made contact with Athren's body due to the freezing snow quikly falling from the sky. The twin blade then said, "If you don't die this time, know this: I shall deliver you to hell!"

Athren’s blade was knocked aside when he went in for a kill shot. The twin blade seemed angered and yelled out "Hmph. You truly are overconfident. You think an attack from such a low-level player as yourself would hurt me?"

“My level or not, I can still kill you. Its not all about level and power its also about technique and willfulness.” Athren replied.

"If that basic attack nearly killed you, get ready to die." Sesshomaru dashed towards Athren at an even higher speed and got in front of him. "Die. Tiger Claws!"

“Like I said its not all about power,” the blademaster said. Just as the twinblader went in for the attack Athren threw a snow ball in his opponents eye. Spinning blades whipped past Athren as Sesshomaru attack missed but at the last moment one of the blades made contact with his shoulder causing him to fall over in the snow. Even though the wound was still small, it still hurt like hell.

The fiery red head lay face up staring at the sky that was dismal and grey, he reached deep down to summon the strength to pull himself on his feet. He was hurt but alive enough to go in for one final attack. Athren lunged at Sesshomaru, jumping into the air and coming down on top. If he missed he would be left wide open for an attack that would surly finish him off, but if he hit then he may be back in the game. “Die you bastard!” He yelled.

Kuishen jumped behind Sanzukio and struck him. Sanzukio fell to the ground and flew back onto a rock. He could he was going to have a hard time with this guy. Enen though Sanzukio was hit, things were starting to look up. The sun was starting to break through the clouds. It was less gloomy then it was before. The snow was starting to fall softly like it would on a normal snowy day. With the weather up and it not pouring down snow, he would have a better chance to turn this duel around. Of course, everyone else had a better chance now.

Sanzukio got up as fast as he could, so he could run away from Kuishen. He needed to regroup with Sesshomaru. He hadn't talked to him in awhile, but this time he had a better plan. He ran and hid behind objects such as, rocks and trees, so that Kuishen or Athren wouldn’t see him. Athren and Sesshomaru were probably locked in battle just as, just as him and Kuishen were.

Sanzukio walked for what seemed forever, but he was in a better mood. The sun was shining bright enough to illuminate the whole field. Sanzukio knew it would be hard to spot Sesshomaru because of his all white clothing, but he was sure he would spot him somehow. Out of the corner of his eye though, he saw a figure. He ran behind a rock and peered over it cautiously. When he looked closely, he saw it was his ally. He jumped over the rock and ran to him. "Hey Sesshomaru. I've got a better plan. We should both attack one person. I'll let it be your choice. Once we decide whom, I'll cast a Gan Zot to distract them, and then you go in and attack them. Sounds good?" It seemed like Sesshomaru was thinking, so he waited for a reply.

A faint smirk came across Kuishen’s face as he heard his blade strike into Sanzukio’s back. Taking his spear out of the defensive position he looked around. Seeing that Sanzukio was nowhere to be found Kuishen sighed. Looking down he realized that there was a massive bloodstain on the snow where he had cut into his enemies back. After that there were little droplets of blood, a trail. Kuishen decided that he shouldn’t follow a dying player so he went to look for Athren.

He heard some yelling so Kuishen walked towards the commotion. At the crest of a tall hill he could see Athren and Sesshomaru locked in battle. He thought Athren could use some help so he raised his spear and charged down the hill. He heard something of a threat so he ran even faster. He saw Athren going in for the kill. Kuishen using his speed, increased with the Speed Charm, ran at top speed towards the ongoing battle. Raising his spear like a jouster would in the medieval times he prepared for impact on Sesshomaru’s body. At the last second he tripped, but wanting to help Athren out his mind took advantage of it. Hurling his spear as hard as he could Kuishen watched, falling, as the spear sailed through the air towards Sesshomaru’s chest. At that moment he landed head first into a pile of snow.

Just as Sesshomaru initiated his attack, Athren threw a snowball into Sesshomaru's eyes to blind him. "Ughhh!" The Twin Blade spun madly, missing every strike but one, grazing across his shoulder. The Blademaster fell to the ground in pain as blood poured out of his shoulder. Sesshomaru landed in front of Athren and wiped the snow out of his eyes. "Hmph. Look at you. Drenched in blood. How pathetic." Atheren rose up slowly and then leapt into the air with his blade.

'I never expected him to have this much strength left...'

The bleeding Blademaster then began to fall with his blade aimed downward for one last, desperate attack. "Die you bastard!" The Twin Blade frowned and rolled to the left just as Athren crashed into the ground. "Hmph. You truly are a desperate one, aren't you?" The Twin Blade then felt a surge of pain in his left arm and gripped it tightly. Sesshomaru then looked at his arm to see that it had a deep cut going all the way down from his shoulder to his wrist. "Ughhh!" The Twin Blade squezzed his arm tightly and crimson red blood stained the pure white snow. "I am Sesshomaru. I will not lose to a low class warrior such as yourself."

Just then, the Twin Blade heard something flying through the air. 'What the...!?' A spear then impaled itself into the right side of Sesshomaru's chest. "Damn you all!" The Twin Blade collapsed to his knees and put his hands at the end of the spear. "I will slaughter every last one of you!" The noble Twin Blade cried out in agony as he pushed the staff part of the spear through the rest of his chest. Blood poured out of Sesshomaru's body as the spear fell to the ground. "Aghhhh!" The Twin Blade placed his hand over the wound the spear had made through his body. Just then, Sesshomaru heard Sanzukio's voice. "Hey Sesshomaru. I've got a better plan. We should both attack one person. I'll let it be your choice. Once we decide whom, I'll cast a Gan Zot to distract them, and then you go in and attack them. Sounds good?" The Twin Blade gasped for air.

'Damn. I'll lose even more blood if I try to talk. I'd better send him a Flashmail.'

"You're both dead! You're going to die right here!" Blood then started oozing out of the Twin Blade's mouth as he spoke. Sesshomaru grabbed the bloody spear lying behind him and slowly rose up. The Twin Blade turned his attention to Athren. "You're friend is going to die, even though I don't know where he is. Sanzukio will see to that." The Twin Blade staggered over to the injured Blademaster. He raised the spear up and then said, "Die..." The Twin Blade then through the spear at Athren. "Let's see you block this!"

'Even if he does stop the spear, he won't be able to stop what happens next...'

As the spear glided towards Athren, Sesshomaru ran close behind and leapt into the air. "I shall see you in hell, Athren!" The Twin Blade then gripped his blades tightly and came towering down, both blades aimed at Athren's head.

Kuishen’s attack worked, his spear penetrated Sesshomaru chest with a blood spray. The twin blade pulled the whole spear threw his chest, “what the fuck is with this guy?” Athren said. “Who pulls a spear threw themselves?”

As the blademaster rose, the twin blade threw the spear that was just in his chest at Athren. No time to react the spear stuck into his stomach, blood poured out of the wound and his mouth. Sesshomaru then jumped into the air with his double blades pointed downwards, he landed blades first into Athren’s chest. More blood sprayed out of the deep wounds, his body feel onto the white snow staining the purity. His red eyes slowly closed as he lay dying, darkness surrounded him as he drifted off to death. Sanzukio, I'm injured so I'm sending you a message so I do not cause further injury to myself. Both of our opponents are defenseless. Athren is injured and the other has lost his weapon. Quickly, follow the trail of blood to find our location.

Sanzukio read it. It seemed Kuishen had lost his spear and Athren was gravely injured. "Sesshomaru, don't push it, please. I'll be there as soon as I can!" Sanzukio did as he was told. He looked around for the trail of blood and found it. He followed it and it led him to the battlefield. He saw that Sesshomaru was gravely injured and so was Athren. Sesshomaru had indicated that Kuishen was here too, but he couldn't find him.

Sanzukio wanted to help his friend, but he couldn't yet. He had to finish off Kuishen first. That was his primary goal in this duel. He saw that Kuishen was in the snow. "Ah hah! There you are!" Sanzukio ran to him and said, "Laying down on the job, eh? You also have no weapon. I really hate to do this, but I have to beat you. If you some how miraculously survive, put up a good fight." The wind blew and revealed Kuishen. Sanzukio took out his stun sword and pushed downwards. Sanzukio prayed that this would be the final attack that Kuishen could withstand. If he didn't withstand the attack, he could help his friend out of the grave situation.

Kuishen pulled his head out of the snow just in time to see that his spear had landed a direct hit. Smiling, he knew he could pull it off. His smile turned to a gasp as he watched in horror of what happened next. Sesshomaru had pulled the spear right through himself. Pounding the ground with his fist he continued to watch. The twinblade then proceeded to throw the spear at his ally and jump into the air in an attempt to end his partner’s life.

Kuishen screamed with agony at the site of his friend being impaled with Kuishen’s weapon. As if that wasn’t enough the twinblade had violently stabbed his daggers into Athren’s chest. He watched his fallen comrade wisp away to dust as death took over his body.

“No, no, no, no this is not happening!”

Kuishen knew he was defenseless if that twinblade wanted to end his life right now. Kuishen just let his head sink into the freezing snow. Deep sobs began to emerge from his mouth. He felt like he had lost a friend. Not only that, but there was no way he was going to win this thing either. Kuishen rolled over to see Sanzukio, sword raised, standing over him. Kuishen started to laugh hysterically as his enemy stood over him. Then with one quick exertion of power he felt the sword plunge into his body like a knife through butter. Kuishen stopped laughing and lay his head down.

“This duel was not supposed to have gone like this.”

Coughing at the exertion of energy he stared up at the sky as his own body began to wisp away into dust.

“Good duel… San… zuk… io.”

Joss didn’t even wait for his body to fully disappear before taking his VR goggles off. Flopping onto his bed he slowly drifted away to a silent slumber.

Sesshomaru smiled as the spear impaled Athren through the chest. The Twin Blade then came crashing down on the fallen Blademaster, stabbing both of his blades on two opposite pecs. Athren slowly died and vanished into nothingness. "I told you... that I'd... deliver you... to hell..." The Twin Blade then fell into the place the Blademaster had once been and started coughing blood into the snow.

'That last attack took out all of my energy. If Sanzukio doesn't take care of that Long Arm, I'm a goner.'

The exhausted Twin Blade then rolled over to face the sky. He slowly rose his head as he heard hysterical laughter. At the foot of a nearby hill was Sanzukio, impaling his blade into Kuishin's chest. The Long Arm slowly disappeared. "Perfect. This duel was perfect. Everyone is exhausted, including me. This is what I've always wanted." Sesshomaru laughed and slowly rose up. "I'd better meet up with my partner now." The weakened Twin Blade slowly staggered to where Sanzukio was.

Sesshomaru slowly neared Sanzukio. As he approached, his eye sight became blurry. 'Damn. I'm more injured than I thought...' The Twin Blade finally arrived next to his comrade. "Well, this duel went rather well... wouldn't you say?" Sesshomaru then covered his mouth with his deeply cut arm as he coughed out more blood. "Ahem, don't worry about me. I'll be fine once I log-out." The Twin Blade smiled and extended his hand to shake with Sanzukio. "Well, I'd sure like to team up with you again, partner."

(o.o.c: sorry, I was had to be off to support my relatives who had been hit by hurricane katrina.)

It was a success! The sword had landed a direct blow through his body. Sanzukio watched as the limped figure of Kuishen fell down into the snow. Sanzukio fell down eagle-spread, tired from the fighting. Sanzukio was happy. This was the kind of duel he had always wanted to participate in. Yeah it was bloody, yeah it was tiring, yeah it was hurtful, but that didn't matter. All he wanted was a duel that was unique. He had gotten his wish.

Sanzukio looked over and saw Loki. He said, "Well, this duel went rather well... wouldn't you say?" Sanzukio watched as he coughed up blood.

"Man, he must have been seriously injured," he said to himself.

Loki continued. "Ahem, don't worry about me. I'll be fine once I log-out." He stuck his hand out. Sanzukio stuck his arm out and shook. It was funny looking at someone who was as tired as him. He had never seen someone so battered up like him until now. "Well, I'd sure like to team up with you again, partner." Sanzukio watched as his partner left the field. The field was now like a frozen tundra land. It was starting to get dark and desolate. He never liked this type of area. He logged out as quickly as he could.

Sanzukio saw the gold rings come around him and take him out of the area. Before he knew it, he was back in Mac Anu. He was too tired to do anything else, so he logged out of the game. Now Kiogi, he plopped down on his bed, tired as hell. He was happy he had completed the duel to the end. This was a duel to remember.
