ha!!!

I have been using the family tread mill a lot lately...and today I was reading as usual while walking...and I took a step a lil too far to my right and I stepped onto the side that doesn't move...and instantly tripped myself...

What they show in the movies is true!!! You do get flug backwards :rollin

Why use a treadmill, instead of just walking around outside? :hmm:

That's how I read and exercise at once :yeah:

Though i'm just walking the dog, not actually attempting to exercise, which would be antithetical to my lazy nature. :hmm:

or, why not run? then you get the exercise thing over and done with much faster.

jogging is bad on your joints, and some people who run everyday can do serious damage to their joints. As for walking outside, summertime is hot, I was running for awhile, but now that its summer, I bought a indoor bike, so I can watch tv & bike in a air conditioned home.
