Alright, I'm pretty sad in the gaming abilities area and my friend put EF2 on my comp but I don't have the manual or anything and I can't figure out how to work the health or energy terminals. Very frustrating!!

And as a general rule, you can always go to options->controls->keyboard (or something similar) to see what keys are bound to which functions, and even change the settings if you want.
