Personally...I believe turn the man over to the newly formed Iraqi government...let his own people try and condemn him. Not our business anymore and not the UN's business.

Seriously, let the Iraqi people do what they will...and if that involved cutting off his limbs and rolling him down a hill or sentence him to hard labor for a couple of years, then so be it...their call.

I agree. turn him over to the Iraqi people. or execute him. there's no need to bother with a trial because honestly even if he weren't guilty (and I think there's enough evidence to indicate that he is) he's been played up as such a stereotypical villian someone's going to kill him in prison, in trial, on the way there, or even if he got free.
