have you ever wondered what has happened to our world? i mean, when you think about it, our world has like, deteriorated to, disgust. i mean, murders, robberies, violence, rape, kidnappings. what has happened? but, you know how people say "oh well back in the good old days.." yeah well back in the good old days, things weren't really any better when you think about it. i mean, these things were still happening. and back in the REALLY old days, people were then just being murdered for their beliefs. so really, there weren't any good old days. i just can't help but wonder, if we're like this now, what are we going to be like in 20 years, and 50, and 100 years? i don't think i want to know. it's just kind of depressing, and scary really, to think about what's happened to our world. i can't help but wonder where our sanity has gone....

yea I kno what ya mean...its true that the world has always been this way and yet I also think that with each year the world seems to get worse....kinda like my town or even state..Vineland (where I live) from what I heard from my parents was once a beautiful place...everybody was friendly with each other and cared about each other... (ok Im sure it wasnt perfect lol)..but it was alot better then now...and yet now alot of Vineland is extremally run down and trashed out looking...ppl are rude and have absolutally no respect for each others property...sometime ppl will just curse u out if u walk down the street..now of course im not saying that it didnt used to be like that but I think over the years everything has just gotten worse..and like u said sometimes I wondor where we will be in 10 years from now..actually I dont even want to kno..but seeing the world the way it is now kinda opens up my eyes to how lost and alone everyone is..and how much they must be longing for someone to love them...and of course only God can fill that void...and so I guess seeing everything the way it is lets us kno to let our lights shine for God so that he can be seen in a dark world :smile:
