Ok, rather than send a huge amount of PM lemme just make this one simple thread to explain the situation, and get things back on track.

If you have one of these in your Sig...

- Signatures must be within the height limit of two inches.

...then it means you broke the rule and I removed your sig. All you have to do to correct this is resize the image to meet the proper guidelines and then repost it. Simple enough really.

Now I know what some of you are going to say about this,"You removed my sig and not _____." Yeah, you're probably right. I probably missed a few in the 1st swipe, but rest assured that this was not a one time deal.

If you have a banner that is over 2 inches in height then consider this your friendly warning to adjust the situation on your own terms. Next time I might replace them all with Teletubbies pics put measures into place to keep them there for a while.

Just a minor problem to correct and nobody is going to be drawn and quartered over it.....yet.

What's the rules on 2 banners?

Presently there aren't any. The main problem with some of the images people were using was the fact that certain examples were absolutely huge. If you use 1-2 short banners it's not nearly as bad as one that's around 6 inches due to the fact that some people have them at ridiculous filesizes which are slowing down the ability for certain members to enjoy these forums.

My own banners, for example, add up to roughtly 2.5 inches if you combined them into one image and combined have a filesize of 110k. ;)

I wouldn't say they would, but what if a mod has a sig over 2 inches? Would you still put in the message?

guys mods are not carrying over 2 inches siggies.

let's stop comparing BTW members, just everyone take responsability and try to follow the rules to the fullest.

Please TCG members, if you are considering to put a banner or a siggy bigger that 2 inches tall, you may ask mod/adm to reduce it for you so you can still use it.
(not sure who can handle that) but maybe Enigma zero or voltei can

just comunicate... don't just throw stuff and stuff to the siggy space, you can also take some time to make it very organized and cool looking under those 2 inches.

Just look at my St Seiya banner is less than one inche and is cool!! lol (Crystal some advertising for you) B) :ninja:

well, its worked well enough, hasnt it? i like to think that this place is at least a relatively successful message board. without the rules, who knows how long itd last. big siggys get real annoying real fast. so we get rid of them.

Anyway, to get words on to your pictures, you need to use Microsoft Paint to insert text or better yet, use Photoshop.
