Ok, this is a new feature I have added considering that there are a decent amount of people who are forming Clans these days and talking about vs. tournaments. This is how it works.

The Rules:
-ONLY Clan Leaders and Mod/Admins may post here.
-No Chitchat. Only requests and posts reguarding the creation of Scorecards.
-Posts violating the rules will be deleted.
-I reserve the right to add more rules as I see fit.

Request Protocols:
-Clan Leaders will make requests.
-Clan Leaders will provide the Member Names/Orbit Names of all of their own members.
-Clan Leaders are the only people who can make changes to requests once they have been submitted.
-Clan Leaders must follow the request process, but may feel free to leave additional notes on how they would like something to look in the space provided.
-Once completed, The Scorecard will remain on my photobucket account for 7 days(I'll of course post it here). It's up to the Clan Leaders to save the file and find storage and such for it. After 7 days it will be deleted and I will not replace it.
-I reserve the right to make additions to this section as well.

Colors:
Clan Leaders may choose the color of their win box and text for a tournie. This is a 1st come 1st serve basis thing. If a color does not work well on The Scorecard then I reserve the right to alter it's shade or replace it entirely with something that does work.

Reserved Colors:
Black: Error Box
White: It simply won't work. Off Whites may work.
Green: The Harbingers
Orange:
Blue:
Purple: Deathstroke
Red:

Boo Boo, just so you know, normally I would have deleted your post since you are not your clan's leader...but since your leader has not been active since January 5th..I opted to leave it there for the time being at least. If you are assuming leadership of your clan then you might want to check the "last active" dates of some of your members....it might be time to do some rebuilding if you cannot get in contact with them soon.

Ok, for the time being I am back. I applologize to those who are waiting on scorecards, but considering I am doing this as a friendly service and I do have a career(not to be confused with just having a job) you're pretty much at the mercy of my own schedule....and so am I. I'll attempt to complete the scorecards that need completion ASAP.

Seems to be a minor amount of confusion here, so allow me to explain how this thread works to try to clear someof that up. A Scorecard is pretty much a tournie bracket for two official Clans that are involved in a Clan Battle. It's not something that you need to have right off the bat and it's not something you have to have in order to have a Clan battle. It just makes those battles easier to run. So if you're not an Official Clan in a Clan Battle yet then you're getting a tiny bit ahead of yourself, but don't worry....your time will come. :D

Saints preserve us I've been threadjacked! I'm kidding of course. Due to a lack of time and not wanting the entire Clan Scene to depend on my schedule on whether or not they can have battles I will be creating a new template card and splitting some of the componants into individual images so that those graphically gifted(seems everyone Clan has someone...or else they wouldn't have banners) can put together and maintain scorecards for themselves. So give me a day or two and I'll toss out the pieces.

Once that is completed then this thread will be redone, pinned, and closed. It's sole purpose will be to record and keep track of which Clan is which color. As you might have gathered, since there are only 4 Clans as of this posting, there are alot of colors that are once again up for grabs. Well, see you here in a day or two. ;)
