The Bare Facts:
Mojo kidnapps the Mayor and the Powerpuff Girls rescue him, but when the Mayor tries to get the story out of them each Powerpuff Girl has their own version.
This originally aired as the part of an episode. it was paired with Bubbleviscious. ;)

Actually, this might come in handy to you later, I used tvtome.com. I brought up the Episode Guide for Powerpuff Girls, clicked ALL, hit Control F and typed in Mayor. Then I cycled the entire list until I found your information. You can pretty much do this with any show they have in their database. Hope this helps you in the future. ;)
