Ai Haibara
Her real name is Shiho Miyano. She was the one who invented the drug that shrunk Shinichi and herself. Her codename was Sherry, but the death of her older sister made her turn away from the Underground Crime Ring. But when Gin and Vodka found out about Shiho trying to escape (or so I heard) they handcuffed her to a water pipe, where she would wait until her execution. Shiho thought that drinking the drug would bring her death, but instead, it shrunk her. Her hands were small enough to wriggle out of the cuff, and she escaped. Dr. Agasa found Shiho, just like Shinichi, he took her under his wing. Dr. Agasa gave her a new name, Ai Haibara, and she and Conan would become friends, until they both could get their hands on Gin and Vodka.
