Title: New Justice League Show
Dr. H - July 19, 2004 01:02 PM (GMT)
Justice League Unlimited, it's like all of DC's heroes in one show.
Naruko - July 19, 2004 01:13 PM (GMT)
I thought that was a movie

Yeah I saw the commercial. It looks like they are replacing Hawkgirl with 50 new heroes (including Green Arrow one of my favs). It seems to me that they will have the originals and replace Hawkgirl with one or two new memebers every episode. It will be a revolving cast.

Did you see the Justice League Movie at the Beginning of the Summer? Hawkgirl turned against the JL and resigned.

I caught the tail end of a commercial for this last night and was confused because of something I noticed. Hawk and Dove were in the commercial. I used to follow comics heavily and to my knowledge H&D have not appeared in a comic since the 80s when they had their own limited series...which incidently tanked. Seeing this I did a lil digging and came up with...
Characters slated to appear as JL Members:
Hawk and Dove
Green Arrow
The Atom
Zatanna
B'wanna Beast
Booster Gold
Supergirl
The Question
I also managed to find information on the 1st 5 eps.
Saturday, July 31: "Initiation"
A reluctant Green Arrow is asked to join the new Justice League. He, Supergirl and Captain Atom are dispatched on a mission to stop a rampaging nuclear monster in Asia.
Saturday, Aug. 7: "For the Man Who Has Everything"Batman and Wonder Woman surprise Superman at the Fortress of Solitude, in order to bring the Man of Steel his birthday present. But when they arrive, he has been immobilized by a special "gift" that Mongul has delivered to him.
Saturday, Aug. 14: "Hawk and Dove"
Two siblings, one a pacifist and the other more aggressive, join Wonder Woman in a mission to stop a war between two neighbors. It turns out that the escalation of the conflict is all part of Ares' plan to spread misery.
Saturday, Aug. 21: "Fearful Symmetry"
When Supergirl begins having some very disturbing dreams, she gets help from Green Arrow and The Question to figure out what is happening. It turns out she may not be dreaming after all.
Saturday, Aug. 28: "Kids' Stuff"
Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern are transformed into 8-year-olds in a desperate attempt to save the world from the magic of Mordred.
Hmm..well, it could be interesting. Guess we'll have to tune in and see. ;)

Enigma Zero - July 19, 2004 06:52 PM (GMT)
Vigilante:
A country singer known as the "Prairie Troubadour," Greg Sanders moonlights as Vigilante, a crimefighter who patterns his activities after the vigilantes of the Old West.

Malach - July 19, 2004 07:05 PM (GMT)
