i've pm'ed all admins excluding 'seijutsu' (sp?) and 'admin' to get my clan established and have a subforum created, and even though those admins have logged in, none have replied or created the subforum. if i'm not mistaken, all you need is the member names and the clan name. is there anything else i should add? am i supposed to create a thread like this? there's no pinned threads informing members how to establish their clan

When I find the time, because I've been working on it with the other "Higher Powers" for some time, we'll be posting a complete rules and regulations thread for everything involving the Clan Scene. This will also include the steps and such for gaining Established Clan Status.
But until such time as this comes to pass...I'll go a head and field this question for now.
You have come far in your process. You have gathered the necessary people and Pmed a Mod/Admin(keep in mind it doesn't have to be an Admin) to begin the process. What happens next, and is currently happening, is that the information is presented as a petition for review by all of "The Higher Powers." We look into your proposal, membership, activity levels, and a slew of other things and then all weigh in on the petition. Once this is completed we reply to the proposed leader and inform them that we have either decided to or decided not to grant their petition for Established Clan Status.
As you might imagine, with varying levels of free time, this process can sometimes be almost instant...while other times it can take a few days. Just sit back, be patient, and finish up your banners and such that you've been working on until we get back to you. You have not been forgotten, missplaced, nor are you being ignored. It's just a process and sometimes it takes a little time. ;)

I read it yesterday and I would have sent the usual "Your petition is being processed reply" but a certain little someone woke up and demanded my immediate and complete attention...so that ended my forum session for the evening. :D
