How do you have a clan? Do you just like a get a bunch of people, add each other, and do stuff? Because if so, I'm starting one.

Nah, there's no such thing as a "too newbie" question here. You don't know...so you asked...and now I'm going to answer. ;)

Clans are soemthign we have here at Cartoon Orbit: The Complete Guide. Their sole purpose, at present, is to play each other in Gtoon Battles. The formation of a Clan is a very simple process, at least on paper. One need only think of a decent name, start a thread announcing their attempt to start a Clan, and get 4 other people(for a total of 5) who are not members of another Clan. Once this process is completed the leader(which would be you in this example) sends a PM(Personal Message) to a Mod/Admin(we have red names in the forum list). The PM should list the Clan's name, all 5 of it's members, and a link to the thread in which is was formed.

"The Higher Powers"(aka the Mods/Admins) will then take a little time to review the petition. If there are problems/concerns/questions then a Mod/Admin will be in touch with the leader for answers. If everything is ok then the Clan will become an "Established Clan." This means that the Clan is now recognized as an Official Clan of Cartoon Orbit: The Complete Guide. The Clan will recieve it's own subforum in the Clan section and be permitted to compete in the Clan Battle Scene.
