Ok, it's getting messy in here so it's about time we fixed a few things. As with Creator's previous Roll Calls this thread will ultimately decide whether your Established Clan will still exist in it's own subforum come February....so I would really pay attention here if I were you. Here's the rules...

-An Established Clan must have no less than 4 active forum members and no more than 5 active Gtooners. An Established Clan may have one(PM me in rare cases and I may expand this for a very good reason) "honerary member/manager/whatever, but this person is not on that Clan's Gtoon Roster.

-The Clan's Leader(if yours has gone MIA then PM me and we'll work something else out for this part) must PM all of his/her members and get a reply to verify that they are active and still interested in being a member of their Clan. The Clan Leader will save these PMs until the end of March so that, should it become necessary, "The Higher Powers" may review and verify that the PMs were sent and replied to in the 1st place(so no cheating).

-Once this is completed then the Clan Leader will make a post in this thread stating their name, membership roster, and that all members are accounted for and still members of their Clan.

-Any Established Clan that fails to perform this task by January 31st, 2006, will forfeit their status as an Established Clan as well as their Subforum. Their members will be considered "free agents" and will be free to seek out(or start their own) Clans....but that's starting from scratch.

-"The Higher Powers" reserve the right to make additions/alterations of these rules should they become necessary.

-If you have any questions, comments, or require clarification on any point that I have covered in the above post then please feel free to PM me and I will do my best to answer any questions that you might have in as timely a fashion as I am able to...

Ok, that's the 1st step. Now comes the second part. So you've PMed your people and confirmed that they're still your people and you've completed the Roll Call...that only partially gets you out of the woods. I know I am not the only person who is getting a little tired of the current Clan Scene and it's time to repair one of it's largest problems. As I see it(and trust me, I'm not alone on this one) Today's newer Clan has pretty much the same problem...

1. Clan Forms.
2. Clan becomes Established.
3. Clan makes a banner.
4. Members begin to complain and complain and complain that nothing happens.
5. Leader does basically nothing...or never has a chance to do anything because the members flake out on him/her.
6. Members Leave(or Leader).
7. Clan forum becomes a ghost town that serves no other purpose than to take up space.
8. We have a Roll Call...and the Clan officially dies.

Ok, to keep this from happening, breathe new life into the Clan Forums, and keep people on their toes...this is how it's going to happen.

-The Established Clans must have at least 1 battle completed(85% is good if the time ran out) or must be in the middle of a current battle between the times of September 2005 - February 2006(the 28th). As with the Roll Call, The Clan Leader will post in these forums and list that they have been in a battle between those times(if multiples...then list them all), provide a link to the thread this battle occurred in(must be on these forums to count), and who they faced.*

*I'm going to make a judgement call on this one considering something that occurred in my absense...if your Established Clan faced off against "Rare Hunters"(who are not currently an Established Clan)...then you will be given credit for being in a battle. Any other Non-Established Clan does not, nor will it ever, count for this purpose.

As with the Roll Call, we reserve the right to add stuff we forgot and you can PM if you have questions and such.

I know I've said this before, but honestly I am only one person in this Scene, but 2006 will be a much more active year for the Clan Scene...even if we have to destroy innactive Established Clans left and right until we have some that are willing to do something. :angel:

P.S. If you are not the Leader of an Established Clan....please do not bother posting in this thread because I will simply delete your posts. I wish to keep this as neat and orderly as possible. If you do not have a leader to post...then PM me and I will grant one of your members the right to post in this forum until you can get a new leader. :angel:

Honestly, we've been done for weeks now. I just liked to keep the drama up by waiting until the 11th hour. :D

Considering that 2/3rds of the Established Clans have not replied I will allow an extension of the deadline, but after this deadline there will be no further extensions so you either make it...or you fade into oblivion. The new date for Roll Call will be Friday, February 3rd. This gives those who have not replied 3 more days because when the clock striked midnight(well midnightish) those who have not replied to the Roll Call will be dismantled.

I shouldn't answer this question because you're not the leader of an Established Clan...but I'm in a generous mood tonight. The Revolution V3 has not completed the Petition Phase yet and is not an Established Clan. Therefore, since they are not a Clan yet, they do not need to participate in the Roll Call. However, should they gain Established Clan Status, they would be subject to future Roll Calls.

There is no need to reply to this post. Just read, acknowledge, and move on since this thread is for Established Clan Leaders. :angel:

Ok, so the deed is done and now 4 remain. If your Clan hit the chopping blocks then it's not the end of the world, you can attempt to revive it or start another one. Just follow the process.

As for the remaining Clans, congratulations...you made it this far. After reviewing the provided information it would appear that Deathstroke is the only Established Clan who is in need of some kind of Battle to make it through the second phase of Roll Call. If I am wrong, then by all means, feel free to correct me. If I am right, then Deathstroke has until the 28th of this month to be in a Clan Battle(even if it's not concluded, they just need to be in a battle).

For all of you who are currently involved in the Clan Scene there are some things coming...and they're coming pretty soon. It is my expressed desire to significantly boost the amount of activity in this forum and I plan to have a blast while doing it. So strap in and hang on tight because it's about to get really bumpy in here, but in a good way. :angel:
