- Overall Best Member of 2005
–Here is how the whole process will work. Each member is permitted to vote for one individual (member, moderator, or administrator) per category. Voting begins today September 4, 2005 and will last until the deadline of September 25, 2005.
Winners will be announced sometime after this date, once all the tabulations have been made.
To vote, simply copy all of the categories above, choose someone who you think should win, put this information in a Personal Message (PM) and send this personal message to Judgment.
An example of what your PM should look like:
The Lurkiest - Judgment
Best Overall Member - Judgment
Everyone can vote, and there are a few conditions that you should be aware of.
1) Each member is not permitted to vote for his/herself in any category. If you are in a clan, you may not vote for the clan you are in, either.
2) Each member is permitted to send 1 PM with his or her vote selections to Judgment. Only 1 PM is permitted, so please put all of your votes in it. Once your votes have been made, no changes or amendments may be made, so please be certain of your selections the first time.
3) All votes must be kept anonymous. Discussing votes on the board or via PM is against this contest’s rules – if anyone is caught doing this, they will be automatically removed from the contest.
4) All votes must be made before 11:59 (message board time) on September 25, 2005.
5) While advertising may be fun, please refrain from making self-promoting threads.
The above conditions are very important. Please be sure that you fully understand and comply with them. Remember to keep your votes anonymous and not to make threads discussing the awards.
These awards are to reward the exceptional members of this forum, so please do vote and recognize the individuals whom you feel should be rewarded.
Remember, you can feel free to leave a category blank, if you are uncertain of whom to select.
