So far their is no end to the contest yet, I am guessing towards the end of August. Blue Backs can be accepted. All cRings have to follow the message board's rules. Also, send them to Judgement, not me.

No nudity, you can ask someone for help. Just do it yourself. And make it a regulation cRing.
