That's right folks it is Create-A-cRing II. As some of you have remembered the first one from last year.
Here are the rules, basically they're the same from last year but I tweaked them.
Rules:-This Contest is open only to registered members of Cartoon Orbit:The Complete Guide who were so before July 15th 2005.
-All submissions are to be done via PM. Only PMed submissions will be submitted for judging.
-Members may not work together. They may ask for help on how to do things, but must do the work themselves. Resizing of images for people without the ability to do so themselves is permitted.
-Members are limited to 3 submissions for judgement. Animations will not count as multiple cRings but as one.
-Violations of these rules will lead to disqualification from this Contest.
-Members may feel free to post their submissions for public veiwing in the discussion thread for this contest.
-The Almighty Overloard (Oplasma45) reserves the right to add rules as they become necessary.
The Prize:What is this prize you say? Is it a cRing? A Czone? A moose?!?!?! No, it is a Czone with cRings in it, that goes by the name of Edd Fatale Popo. You can get the moose if you go to New Hampshire, would be dead anyways.....
Submissions:-Submissions for this contest are to be PMed to Judgement.
Judging:Artistic ability is important, but it is not all that will be required to win this contest nor will it prevent someone from winning. The Judges will consider the following catagories when veiwing a submission.
-Overall Presentation
-Concept
-Originality
-Feasability
-Artwork
(I would like to thank Enigma for starting the first Create-A-cRing Contest, and giving me a set of rules to use and revise. Without him, people would think Halo would be the best game in the universe.)

Just to rehash an old thing, here are examples of cRings a certain Mr. Enimga did.

These ones are done about over two years ago by him.
Here's a recent one that was done by me. Yes I am a geek

So I hope their will be a big turn out, the deadline is now August 31st.
