If you want to run a contest here, it must be first approved my the TCG staff. PM contest ideas to Malach, Taz, or Enigma Zero. If you attempt to run one without approval, it will be deleted.
Why?
1. We like contest here to be fair and organized.
2. Scammers use contests to scam.
3. Anything run here will maintain the good name of this board.
When submitting contest ideas be VERY detailed, or you will spend your time PMing back and forth with us. Addtionally, expect as descion in a week, once you submit it. Some of the common things people leave out of contest submission:
1. Timeline of the contest
2. Entry fees if any
3. Who can enter.
4. How they will be judged.
As for contest that require judging, we would prefer you have at least 3 judges, TCG mods always make good judges. You may post questions about this policy below.
OK, a little refresher. If you have a contest you want to run, expect it to take at LEAST a week to be approved, if not longer. If you want to run a contest send it to a mod, with ALL the details. If you leave the details out it will just take longer to approve.
Don't send some like this:
"I want to run a trivia contest"
We want detailed rules, entry fees, who can enter, how you will resolve disputes, etc, etc. Also, expect us to change some things. If you need a clue on who to submit a good contest, look at the TCG contest for ideas.
Well for my contest to be approved it took an hour and should I put down a bunch of guidelines?

Because it was not approved by any moderators. Please read the guidlines stated above before even thinking of posting a contest.
