THE TCG LOTTERY:The Contest: This will be a long running contest, which will run lottery style. The contest will work as follows. Once every two weeks (or around there) members can buy a ticket to enter the lottery with orbit points (the amount of points will be determined before each contest, it is will never be less than 1000 points). These participnats will all be given numbers. At the end of the 2nd week a random number will be drawn, whomever gets that number gets that accumulated pot. We will alsoadd unassgined numbers, either 5% of the accumulated, or at minmum 2. If one of those unassigned numbers is drawn, a challenge will be set up for the participants entered into the contest. The winner of the challenge, wins the pot. These challenge will be a secret until posted, and never the same.
Who can enter: Any member of TCG, but sign ups will go as follows. The Lottery stats will be posted Monday Morning at 9AM EST. People can sign up until Thursday 12AM EST two weeks later (Points need to be given to TCG by then). The Drawing will occur sometime on the Friday Through Sunday and posted.
Entry Fee: There will be a fee to enter every lottery, and you must pay the fee each time you enter. Fees will range from at minimum 1000 points to much higher amounts. The higher the amount, obviously the greater the prize. Entry fee is due before then end of signups (contact Taz or Malach)
Number Generation: The Lottery Commision will be resposible for this, the number generator can be viewed at:
http://www.random.org/nform.htmlNo Winner: If there is no winner, a small contest will be determined by the lottery commision. These will be random and the rules will be explained when they occur.
The Lottery Commission: Malach and Taz. The Commsion can adjust and change rules as they see fit, and also make final descision in case of a dispute.
