Spirit Nighthawk - April 14, 2005 09:06 PM (GMT)
See if ya'll can guess whats happening.
There are four mountains. One is owned by a cowboy, another by a dog, another by a car, and the last by a thimble. When the Cowboy Mountain builds houses, the mountain falls down. When the dog visits the cowboy, the cowboys mountain goes back up, but the dog's falls down. When the car sells some houses to the thimble, the car's mountain goes up, but the thimble's goes down.
What is happening here?
What is the cowboy, dog, car, and thimble?
What are the mountains?
And, what are the houses?

Sorry for the double post but i just remembered one of Voltei's old riddles
An explorer is searching in a dense forest, he stumbles onto a violent tribe. The Cheif says that if the explorer wants to live he has to make a statement. But if the statement is true he will be thrown off a cliff, if the statement is false he will be eaten by lions, and if what he says is'nt a statement he will be stabbed to death.
What does he say? (The explorer survives)
chugborbin - April 15, 2005 12:52 AM (GMT)
he could say " the world cant not be able to not want to be able to not continually spin 6 times every week"...being that the tribesmen could not decipher his point in under 2 minutes he would deliver a aharsh kick to each tribesmens groins and jet off the island...
^ im good B)

Since thats in quotes im guessing thats what you think he will say. Your kind of right but that is in question form so i dont think its a statement.
and to sock its the letter E
Setafox - April 17, 2005 03:20 AM (GMT)
Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I'm double, I'm single,
I'm black, blue, and gray,
I'm read from both ends,
And the same either way.
What am I?
Taz L. Gonzales - April 17, 2005 03:25 AM (GMT)
At first I thought it was "you", but then I read the rest. I s'pose it's "eye"- pronounced as "I", only has the letter E and Y in it. Fits the description, right?
Someone else put up a new one :)
Setafox - April 17, 2005 03:32 AM (GMT)
:D Good job Taz. "eye" is indeed the answear.
This is my favorite riddle.
When the day after tomorrow is yesterday, today will be as far from Wednesday as today was from Wednesday when the day before yesterday was tomorrow. What is the day after this day?

^_^ Thursday is correct.

2. In each house lives a person with a different nationality.
3. These five owners drink a certain drink, smoke a certain band of cigar and keep a certain pet.
