Oh, c'mon, you young pups have to of heard of the Electric Company, the greatest childrens show ever next to PeeWee's Playhouse and Banana Splits. There are all sorts of references to the Electric Compnay on Family Guy. They even had 10 minutes of live-action Spider Man.

School House Rock is pre-video games. It was a time of The Electric Company, safe schools, no guns on the street, no cable, and graduation day, Kindergarten 1978.
We hiked along without care, and we ran into a bear, it was a hairy bear, it was a scary bear, we beat a hasty retreat from it's lair, and we unpacked our adjectives.

There also the one time when he was doing the shadow faces . . . one face would say "SH" the other would say "OT", and they would join together and say "SHOT", and Peter could not keep up.
