For convenience, when new rules are added to the R&R - an annoucement shall be made here first to ensure that everyone is aware of the amendments.

Amendment made on January 31, 2005:

Each member is permitted to use one animated graphic in either their avatar or signature. Once a member has ascended to VIP status, they may use up to 2 animations, and Premium Members may use up to 3 animations.

Member: 1 Animation (Avatar or Sig)
VIP: 2 Animations (Avatar and/or Sig)
PM: 3 Animations (Avatar and/or Sig)
