Well, i have seen several allegro programs and every time i try to run then i can't because it has a compiler error of header file of allegro missing. So do i have to download a library or something??

It depends on your compiler. If you use MinGW with Dev-C++, you can get the DevPak here: http://devpaks.org/details.php?devpak=1
