Description: Question

So ive heard that this C++ Primer Book is quite good for begginers, correct me if im wrong.

Im wondering if there might be a specific version of the book(if there are different versions) that i might want to get, or just the most recent, or the best for begginers.

And if there is a better book for somone who has never done programming before could u please tell me that specific book.

Thanks in advanced
