Title: Recomendations?

Hello all. I am new here to the site, and new to the language. I was wondering what books/software you think would be most helpful to someone just starting this language. I have previous programming experiance, 2 years with basic, but I wouldnt consider myself an expert. I was just looking for resources that I could use to start off using this language, I would need to work from the ground up. So what would you recomend?

Anyway, thanks for that link, but I had already seen it. Any other suggestions? Otherwise I was reading some other reviews and "C++ Primer" Seemed to get some good reviews, anyone have any experience with this particular book?
