We're at Episode 7 and we've heard her talk to Jack via the computer and she's mentioned once in the last Episode.
However there's a nagging opinion that she's highly involved in the emergence of Julia Thorne as well as the disappearance of Sydney in The Telling. Some of us also believe that she was the one who brought Sydney back to Hong Kong.

How much do you believe she's involved with Sydney's disappearance and her re-appearance. Did she know about Sydney's death before Jack told her?
We have not heard from her since the computer interaction. Wasn't she supposed to get back to Jack with information on Lazeray?

Lots of questions for a character who has yet to show up on the screen.

yeah but she dropped off all the info on him at their secret drop-off point or something, we haven't heard from since so I guess he must've got the info. Sure can't wait to hear more from Irina, but who can?
