Hi, new here and I have no idea how to do uploads and stuff. Could someone please help me? I have an AV that, I think, a friend made an image hosting thingy but its 100 x 100 I think. How may I make this smaller?

i think you can use a 100x100 av, but if not, you can upload it here and i can resize it for you! before you upload it though, you had to have saved it somewhere in your computer. click to reply at the bottom of the page that comes up near the bottom there is a thing called file attachments. click browse and select the correct file. then submit and it should be uploaded onto your post. if so, i can change the size an reupload it for you here later!

I'm not usually particularly stupid, LOL, but I can't figure out how to upload a picture here. When I tried I got an error message. I set an avatar in My Controls, but it is not showing up. In my effort to put the picture here I used the IMG button but the message reads" Sorry, dynamic pages in the [IMG] tags are not allowed. I'm not sure what a dynamic page is. I was just trying to insert a picture I have downloaded on my computer. Any advice for me?

um, we have been having a lot of uploading problems which i'm going to try to fix this afternoon. but try saving the av to your computer as a jpg file first. then go to your control panel and click browse and select the correct file. if that doesn't work, it's beyond me. Vaughn_Lovah is the graphics mod, so maybe she could help.

ok i'm having av problems with my current av. i mean when i uploaded it at allalias directly from my comp it turned up right but when i uploaded it here directly from my comp it came out weird and distorted. and the size is 90 by 90 so it SHOULD be working and i've tried reuploading it and everything but it just ISN'T working! :(

Okay, well I decided not to use the other one that I wanted. I'd like this one to be an AV but I have no idea what to do w/ it! LOL Help please :blush01:

I know this is probably off topic, but i've just made an Invision Free board and i don't know how to upload avators onto the site, i've worked out how to upload Smiley's but not Avators, could someone please help me, and is it difficult to do, the address to my board is below.
