Title: Why did this happen?
Description: Unanswered questions from episodes

As an Alias addict,I have a lot of angst when things happen on episodes that haven't been explained. Or are conceived in such a way as to leave the viewer wondering why? :(
For instance, in ADT Irina gets into the limo and takes her two bodyguards with her (Delta Force). Kendall says "He's letting her take the guards? How'd she pull that off?"
Didn't he expect her to do so? (writers)
Sark kills them, of course. Irina could have gone alone. Sark was willing to take her without them at least it seemed so.
The whole idea is never explained UNLESS the writers needed to fill in a minute or two of time.
SO what scenes or scene bothers you that was never really fully explained. :ph43r:
(BTW, I don't mind if you want to jump in and tell me in a logical way WHY the scene was set up that way.) :blush01:

Thats a good question....maybe he didnt expect to body guards to go in the limo. Maybe he thought that they wouldnt go anywhere and that they were just supposed to make the deal in the limo....

I just kinda watch the show...not so sure about the 'unanswered questions' thing.
But why is Irina Derevko always referred to as a terrorist? She didn't do anything terrorist-like until 2.18. She killed people in cold-blood, but that makes her a murderer. Not a terrorist, or so I think *shrugs*

I think they refered to Irina Derevko as a "terrorist" beacuse she was/is? a security threat to the US back when she was KGB and apparently killed 12 CIA agents, and a huge threat with all her connections and organisation. I think Kendall said what he said because he may have thought she would've tried to not have th bodyguards with her, and hadn't realized that Sark would've shot them till it was too late.

Irina knew she was going to be extracted from the CIA. Her reaction to the shots killing the guards seemed to indicate she was surprised. However, based on what little we know about her, that should not have been a surprise and it really hasn't been explained why she took them, unless she thought the satellite photos would show her without the Delta Force and the helicopter would have stopped the limo before it got to the tunnel...ah well, only the writers know. Yup, those writers, I'd like to visit their minds once in a while ;)
