sam slammed the door behind him when he walked in before falling face first onto his bed. taking hold of a small remote next to his pillow he pressed the play button and music instantly filled his room.

Kristy walked up to the room and walked in, not bothering to knock. She walked over and sat on the bed next to him.

without moving his position sam sighed, what is it kristy...? he asked. his voice muffled from his bed as his face stayed pressed against it.

Sky found SAMs room and knocked lightly hoping she wasn't disturbing anything since age heard music from whith in. She clung to the book near her chest.

sam groaned, the doors open... he said as he lifted his head just enough so he could he heard and then let it fall back down on his bed. he was still waiting for kristy to say something.

Sky heard his voice and smiled walking in. She looked around his room as she walked in, spotting kristy she blushed. "oh um sorry for interupting" she said smiling at Sam. His room seemed really near for a guys room, her brothers room was a pig pin.

sam sat up and turned on his bed when he heard sky's voice. a faint blush tinting his face. oh...hey sky....what're you doing here...in my room... he said with bit of a stammer. he knew he saw her in his dorm room all the time but this was fairly more different for him. she was in his actual bedroom.

Sky smiled softly she hadn't really thought of it like that. She laughed a little seeing his blush it was kinda new to her "um I found an extra book in one of our classes and I thought it might be yours" she said shrugging and handed it to him. "lukas is downstairs with my dad apologizing to Lucas and gwen let me upstairs and kinda told me where your room is" she said softly.

sam nodded as he placed the book next to him on the bed. a small smirk crossing his face at her next statement. i bet your brother is loving that... he said with a soft laugh.

Sky nodded softly smiling and laughing a bit "yeah but it's his fault for being stupid" she answered shrugging "and Lucas might be enjoying it as well I would" she said shrugging. She was she got to see him again since everything had gotten so crazy lately with her grandmother.

sam nodded with a grin, yeah, i think anyone would enjoy that. he chuckled. oh, um, why don't you sit down? he said motioning to the chair near the end of his bed.

Sky smiled laughed a bit nodding in agreement "that's true" she said. Tucking a piece of hair behind her ear she sat down gently mentally slapping herself for being so damn shy, it was Sam shed been around him before! But not in HIS own bedroom a small voice reminded her. "I can't stay long gwen is covering for me in case nick ask me where I'm at".

sam nodded in understanding, yeah, but my dad and yours are prolly keeping a close eye on the peace treaty going on downstairs... he said with a grin.

Sky nodded smiling "didn't think of that, but that's true though it's more like an attempt at a peace treaty" she said shrugging. "I'm sorry for anything my idiot relative may have done to you."

sam shrugged, lukas never did anything to me. i'll just always stick up for lucas when other's say things that aren't true about him...except for myself... he said as he glanced over at kristy.

Sky nodded glad her brother hadn't managed to piss off someone else in her life, "well I never know about lukas so just wanted to make sure and if you see him being a dork or something please prank him good for me" she said smiling.

sam grinned with a nod, of course. tis only my nature to do so. he chuckled lightly as he stared at her with gleaming eyes.

Sky nodded smiling softly his eyes captivated her as she looked him over trying to do so without much notice from him or his sister. She stood up "I better go, the peace agreements should be ending soon" she said shrugging knowing the peace would never be kept between those two once the adults weren't around. "maybe you can come over or we can hang out once your no longer confined to your room" she said softly.

sam nodded with a smile, yeah, right... he said also standing up when she did. and i would like that...going to your house sometime i mean...or you coming over here again.... he said with a grin.

She nodded smiling at his words "that would be cool" she said smiling. Sky walked over to him and kinds awkwardly hugged him and kissed his cheek blushing a bit.

sam hugged her back and his face tinted lightly when she kissed his cheek quickly. i'll walk you to the door... he said with a small grin as he motioned to his bedroom door.

Sky smiled softly at him "like a gentlleman" she said slappping herself mentally for it she just had no other clue what to do.

sam grinned at her with a nod, of course. was just the way i was raised he chuckled before offering his elbow jokingly and giving her a small bow.

Kristy smirked to herself as this entire exchange. Not looking up at Sam at all.

Sky smiled laughing lightly as she curtsied and took his elbow "why thank you" she said smiling walking with him to the door.

sam grinned as he walked her to the door and opened it for her, i'll see you around the common room then. he smiled.

"maybe see you before then" she hinted lightly and kissed his cheek again. "by kristy" she said feeling a bit embarassed that she had been kinda ignored the whole time. Sky walked out and down the stairs to meet up with her family.

sam nodded with a smile before he closed the door behind her and turned to look at his sister, quit smirking like that... he said as he walked back over to his bed and sat down.

Nawww...does ickle sammy have a crush? She asked him with a teasing grin.

sam rolled his eyes and was about to tell her not to call him sammy when he remembered she was one of the very few that he allowed to call him that. shut up.... he mumbled as he layed back on his bed and stared at the ceiling. his hand going absentmindedly to the cheek that she had kissed and was now a bit warmer then the other.

Kristy laid down next to him on the bed. I told dad about me dating Lucas. She told him.

sam smirked as he turned his head to look at her, how badly did he react to knowing one of his little girls is finally dating someone? he asked teasingly.

Pretty well actually. He was a bit shocked at first, but he knows Lucas, and dad trusts him. She said pointedly.

sam frowned and looked back up at the ceiling, good for dad and lucky for lucas... he muttered under his breath.

Kristy sighed. I don't understand why you're being so stubborn about this.

i'm not being stubborn. i'm being logical, and protective and your brother. your older brother might i add... he said as he continued to stare at the ceiling.

Only by a few minutes. And Lucas is older then you. His looked after me as much as you have my entire life. Why is it so different now that we're dating? She asked him, determined to once and for all make him see sense.

sam struggled to find a way to explain his behavior so she could understand it, but he couldn't. it just is...it...it just is.... he finally said after a while of silence.

There has to be a reason behind it. That or you're not afraid that he'll physically hurt me. You just don't want him to hurt me at all. She added the last part as an afterthought.
