Walking from the castle, Brittany casually entered the Forbidden Forest with no real destination in mind. She came upon a clearing, lit clearly by the moonlight. It was such a beautiful place, she decided to lay down and stare up at the star-studded sky. She sighed, closing her eyes in thought.

Ulti walked across the clearing and spotted somebody lying down with their eyes closed. "Hi." Ulti sat next to her then laid himself back. He turned his head away from Britt to take a breath of fresh air then faced Britt and placed his hand on hers. "I need to relax. You don't mind, do you? Just let me hold your hand for a while longer."

Brittany glanced over at Ulti and down at his hand. He didn't appear to be up to no good, so she simply nodded and licked her lips, closing her eyes once more. She sighed, adjusting her hand, removing it from bottom to top.

"I like my hand on the top..." she said, softly.

Billy was walking through the forest when he happened upon a clearing where he saw to people.Walking towards them he said"Hello there if either of de two of you have a moment im lookin for a student by de name of Pete Best.Do either of you happen to know im?"

Sitting up slightly, she adjusted herself, removing her hand from Ulti's. She nodded at the boy.

"I do know him. I haven't saw him yet today, but I'm sure he's around the forest here somewhere. I've found him out here several times. Sorry I can't help you."

"De forest you say?Ill have to keep searching in dis area then.My tanks to you"Billy said before starting off through the woods again.Looking back he added"If you happen to get anymore information on dis subject if you could please inform me id be "

She nodded.

"If I happen to see him, I'll send him in the direction that you went off in. If you want, I could send a spark up if it's that important, that way you can see it above the treeline."

"That might be a good idea if you were absolutely sure he was in the forest and as were not positive it would only attract unneeded attention to myself"Billy said as walked back to the clearing

She needed a break from all the drama at Fleur's house, it was driving her insane. She didn't know whether it was a good thing that her niece and nephew were at school with her, but to have one of them in her house, definitely not a good idea. Having walked out of the common room to find freedom, Gabrielle found herself unconscious moving through the trees surrounding the castle. She hadn't realised how far she had exactly come, being so close to the forest.Gripping her palm gently against a trunk of an oak, she pushed herself onwards. The clearing wasn't new to her, she had seen it before. Yet to find people...students in the open space caused her to feel curious. Her blonde hair clung to her chest, as she pulled a brown leather jacket up to cover her pale skin. Gabrielle smiled, it was the safest thing to do, when she didn't know anyone that was standing in front of her.

She raised an eyebrow at Billy, speaking slowly.

"Well- do you not want to be found? Are you trying to surprise him or something?"

"Well now ifin i made all off dis clear to you right now it would have to end in my killing you.Now i appreciate your help but it is my buisness and not yours after all" Billy said coldly

Raising her eyebrow even further, she stood up, brushing her legs off slightly. She sniffed her nose and walked over towards him, stopping a few feet away, rubbing her hands together.

"I'm sorry- but are you a student? I've never saw you around the campus. As a Professor and Deputy Headmistress at this institution, I'm going to need you to tell me your exact reasoning for visiting Mr. Best, unless you want to be removed from these grounds."

She stared coldly back. She didn't appreciate attitude.

"No i cant say i am a student here as a matter of fact dis is my first time here in my life and out of curiosity supposing i dont comply to your wishes whos going to remove me?The man said laughing mockingly

She laughed herself, still keeping her glare on him.

"I would personally remove you from the grounds, sir. Now- what are you intentions for Pete?"

"Would you really?I somehow find trouble believing such a tale.Now as for what exactly i want this Pete for has to do with my business in which i would need to question him.i hope that satisfies you because it is all i will be revealing to you Mademoiselle Deputy Headmistress"

She shook her head, smirking slightly.

"It's not that simple. You don't just waltz into my school and demand to question one of my students without exclusively briefing me about what will be asked. He has rights, and I intend on protecting them. If you believe otherwise, then I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

The sun disappeared behind the trees, the atmosphere instantly getting somewhat darker.

"I won't ask you again. Tell me what you need him for, and I'll let you be. You're making it much harder than it needs to be."

"Of coarse its that simple you see i question your student get the information i want and leave its not a difficult process and as for rights im not police so i dont give rights"

She smirked.

"You may not be the police, and you may not give rights, but I am responsible for the well-being of my students, and I can refuse the right for you to speak to him. Now, tell me simply- what is it that you need him for?"

"De welfare of your student is not my concern i hope you realize that you reasoning with me is only beginning to annoy me"Billy said no longer smiling this was getting ridiculous every minute he wasted was a longer head start for his "client"

She cracker her neck, standing a little straighter now, her body language spelling out hostility.

"I have the feeling that Pete does not know that you're coming, in fact- I feel that he probably wants to avoid it. If this is true, then I will do everything in power to prohibit you from finding him, understood? Do not underestimate me."

"Your feelings serve you well but im not the most understanding of men you will ever meet so i want you to be very sure of what your about to do"Billy said as he firmed his stance eyeing the girl

She shook her head, her eyes swirling to a dark blue. She would try to bring peace to the situation, it was her nature.

"Nothing has to come of this- I'm not asking of much. Try to see it from my perspective, you come in here- trekking through the forest, looking for one of my students, then the second I prompt you on what you're looking for exactly, you get defensive."

She shook her head.

"I don't know how things work where you're from, Sir- but they work a specific way here."

'Well now in my opinion it seems you are asking quite a bit and as im not at all interested in your rules here mine are the only ones that matter"letting his guard down just a little bit

She scowled. He was just as stubborn as she was. She knew she was right, and she knew what had to be done. She drew her wand quickly and pointed it at him.

"Please, don't do this."

"Do what? you must realize you are completely bringing this on yourself"Billy said taking a fighting stance waiting for his opponent to make a move

She laughed, a little too loudly. It was a sarcastic laugh- an annoyed laugh. She didn't like getting information from people this way.

"Bringing this on myself? I believe that it is you that refuses to share this information with me. If you won't give it to me, I'll simply get it myself. I'm an accomplished Leglimens."

She smirked, raising an eyebrow, her wand hand steady.

"Are you? then why dont you give it a try mon ami"Billy said sensing the girls weakness

She raised an eyebrow. She knew that he underestimated her- that would play out to her benefit in the end, she knew. She didn't like to be dismissed because of her sex, or her appearance. She was young, this was true, but she knew what she was doing. Debating on whether she should or not, she continued to hold her gaze on him.

"I don't like invading minds, especially if I don't have to. Now- you're not a bad person. If you were, you would have stunned me by now. We can work this out- like adults."

"well then you are foolish any advantage you have over an opponent you should take full advantage of it.Now as for stunning i never stun leaves loose ends you might say and its far too easy to counter consider that a lesson"Billy said turning to walk away not remotely believing the girl would make an attempt to stop him

Gritting her teeth, she pointed her wand at his back and shouted, waving her wand quickly.

"Incarcerous!"

Immediately, binds shot from her wand and tied themselves around Billy, immediately stopping him from leaving the clearing.

"You're the type of scum that skips the stunning and goes straight to the killing, aren't you?"

She walked up to him, staring down at him, a disgusted look coming over her face. She shook her head.

"I pity people like you. You're not leaving without my express permission, is that clear? I'm a better person for not killing you, or torturing you. I believe in the good of people. It's too bad you don't. You might just surprise yourself if you did."

'Well you have more heart than i thought i will give you dat but if you think this is over den you are dead wrong"Billy said as the binds that held him were reduced to ash.he gained his feet and shot several fire balls at the girl out of his hands

Gasping, she used her wand as a shield. How is he not using his wand? she thought. Some wizards were powerful enough that they could cast full on spells without the use of their wands. She could only summon certain things without her wand- she wasn't nearly as advanced yet.

Blocking the fireballs, she immediately sent a curse in his direction, narrowly missing his chest. She took cover behind a tree.

"Stop this!"

"All in good time cher now i want to have a bit of fun"He said lashing out with the whip he carryed and shooting several hexes in the direction of britt

She sent a curse in his direction, knocking the whip from his hand. She had experienced a bull whip before in another duel, and she did not think fondly of it. Dodging the hexes narrowly, she cast even more spells in his direction. She pointed her wand at a tree branch laying within the clearing and used her wand to throw it at Billy, hopefully distracting him.

Billy easily sidestepped the branch and rolled out to the edge of the clearing.He did several martial art type movement where his hands became surrounded by electricity and then launched it strait at Britt.But in the same moment a loud crash filled the air like a chunk of wood forcibly breaking as someone slammed a branch over Billys head Sending his lightning off coarse so it only nicked Britts leg and knocked him senseless.

"Who evers over there can come out now hes out could"Said a voice

Wincing, rubbing her leg from where the shock of electricity skimmed her leg, she limped over to where Billy was, checking for a pulse. She stood up, biting her lip. She raised her wand slightly, just in case.

"I mean no harm, my name is Brittany-"

"Oh professor i didnt know it was you"John said stepping forward"Would it be prudent to ask what wasd going on?

She sighed in relief. At least it's a friendly face... She had never met John previously, so she walked over to him and extended her hand in greeting.

"Nice to meet you, John. Actually, maybe you could help me. The gentleman that I was just dueling with- he claims that his name is Billy, and he's searching for Pete Best. Now, when I asked him why he wanted to question him- he was hostile. Do you know him, or have you saw him on the grounds prior to this?"

"O Professor sorry i didnt recognize you.you say he was searching for Pete Best? Actually Pete is a friend of mine but as for why anyone would want to question him i dont know"John said flipping over Billys unconscious body.upon seeing his face he started but quickly regained his composure

Watching his face, she raised an eyebrow. There's something he's not telling me... Pointing her wand at Billy's unconscious body, she bound him once more and levitated his body towards a tree, setting him up straight- comfortably. She put a hand no her hips and glanced over towards John.

"Are you sure you don't know him, John? It would be of great help if we could get down to the bottom of this."
