On the outskirts of Hogwarts lies a dark and vast forest, that of which students are enforced to stay away from. The Forbidden Forest is an ancient part of Howart's history, consisting of creatures and secrets that the public is denied access too. Centuars are also known to roam these parts.

Do you dare enter such a place?

Ringo wandered the forest praising his luck of escaping the other students and further praising the solitude of the forest.After walking around a while he climbed a tree and began to do his homework.

Shawn strode to the outskirts of the dark, looming forest. "Psh, Forbidden my ass. There's no gate keeping me out," He muttered barely a whisper. He checked his duster, Wand, check. That's all I'll need. He glanced around, and then looked up at the sky. Vipera said there was a ruin around here, I've got to find it in three days, and memorise how to get there and back...

He glanced around again. He had left Merlin back in his office. Had to pack light. He checked around one last time, and walked in. He made his way a few yards. He turned around and checked his back.

He changed into his animagus form. The thick-furred white wolf. It was enormous, and magnificent. He started his way into the forest, wandering at first.

She sighed as she sat on the stone steps of the ruined castle- her mind wandering. It really was lonely out in the forest wasn't it? So dark and so nice- peaceful.... under the shadow of the canopy- the trees embracing the forest- creating it, thriving...

She sighed and stood- flicking her wand once and muttering "Lumos" before venturing back towards Hogwarts- her dark hair falling over one emerald eye.

Ringo watched as first one then another person walked under the tree where he lay hidden the suddenly out of nowhere a fit hit him.after several minutes of wild shaking he looked around and jumped out of the tree a strange glint in his eyes

As the wolf, shawns senses greatly increased. Even with his Half-Cat demon instincts and senses, he wasn't nearly as aware as he was in his animagus form. he wandered for abit, maybe an hour or so, when he heard the rustle of leaves. He sniffed quickly. Vipera... he thought, as he tried to figure out the direction of the noise, and the distinct scent. He moved quietly, if he was wrong he needed to be aware and unseen, so he can strike, or just get away.

Just a short away into the forest, a figured layed resting ontop of a high branch above. The young headmaster slept, breathing softly as his legs were crossed, arms supporting his head. He never liked sleeping in the dormitories in the castle, sa a student. The Headmaster's chambers weren't any different. He much more perfered the comforts of the night sky, and soft breeze across his face. Much.

Ultimater walked the trails of the forest along side a centaur.
They were having a deep discussion about the rotation of the constellations changing in accordance with the actions of man which influence man in return. Since all of determinism has to base itself on a higher influence, the first influence could not have been determined.
They followed trails in the forest in and out several times since the trails have to lead both in and out to link the forest together due to many thick and uncrossable barriers of trees.

Along the way Ultimater spotted Vipera, Ringo and Shawn.
Too shy to hang around, the centaur excused himself and moved on blaming it on the call of duty.

"Hey Vipera."

As it turned out, the rustle of leaves was just the wind, and the misguided scent was the Headmaster, in a tree. Shawn came into view of the headmaster, and he turned back into his normal self. He's sleeping... Not knowing if he should wake him, Shawn walked silently over to the tree. Ricky was high up the tree, and as much as he didn't want to wake him, Shawn needed an answer. He darted up the tree, jumping from branch to branch swiftly and silently. He stopped a few feet under, and to the side of the Headmaster.

"Ricky. You awake?"

Black held one eye open to the approaching Shawn, letting out a small chuckle as he muttered.

"Of course I am. With the night being this active, how could I be?"

In truth, he was in a pretty relaxing state, but noise from the trespassing students prevented him from falling too deep in sleep. It should be fine for now though. Peaks was out keeping an eye out for any problems that might arise.

"So, what can I do for you Shawn? You seem pretty determined tonight."

"I need some help... It's- uhm- coming to be a full moon in three days. And I don't want to be in the castle when that happens, you know? I had heard that there were ruins somewhere in the forest, but I have no heading." Shawn said reluctantly. He stood perfectly on the lean branch. "Seeing as you're Headmaster and all, I'd think you'd know alot about the forest. And these past full moons have been bad since I've been at home. The Shrieking Shack won't be good enough." He explained, sighing sadly. He hated being out of control of that primal state.

Ricky let out a deep yawn, stretching out his hands to an invisble target above him. He then straightened up his posture abit, now glancing through the darkening forest.

"I can see why that would be a problem. A place to hide your, err... special time of the month. Ruins, ruins, ruins..."

Now dusting off a few leaves off his robe, he jumped down onto a branch Shawn's level, and scratched his head with thought.

"If you mean that old castle a bit past the waterfall, then yes. I can show you where it is. It's a heck of a walk though, so I hope your animigus form can keep up with mines."

Cecilia walks through the forest, nose in book. As her eyes run over each page carefully, her feet run over the ground with no care at all. Constantly, she stumbles over small plants and rocks that catch her toe. Too enthralled in her book to do anything about it, she continues along the narrow path she is on currently. As she reaches a small clearing the the forest, her black vans catch on an over sized tree root and send her tumbling. Her book is thrown before her and her knee smacks a rock, tearing her skinny jeans and her skin.

"That's just great."

She whispers to herself. She pushes her self up with her sore hands and begins searching for her book in the little light the tree canopys let escape.

Brittany walked out into the darkness, pulling her hood over her head as she walked. She looked out on to the grounds, and to her astonishment, it was pretty well populated. She continued to walk towards the edge of the forest, then disappeared into the shadows of the Forbidden Forest.

Lizz walked through the forest, it had been a long time since she had been here. She smiled passing by a tree with blue grass around it, that had been her and some friends acting crazy and practicing spells, well one kinds miss fired and this happened.

"Castle. Castles are good... They usually have hidden tunnels.." Shawn said, thinking out loud. "Im sure I can keep up, if not I can always find you, you've got that... distinct... scent about you." He added smirking, chuckling abit.

"I've only got a few days to set up some wards and to catch deer and stuff so I dont go and.. well eat a centaur or something, you know?" He added jokingly. He jumped down the rest of the way to the forest floor and called up. "I'm ready when you are!"

Just then he changed back into the giant white wolf. He gave one of those doggy smiles and waited.

Continuing on her walk, she pulled her wand out of her robe. With a quick flick, her wand instantly became illuminated. She marched through the thick, muttering to herself as she did, trying to remember exactly where she needed to be.

Vipera didn't even notice Ultimater for a moment- she was staring at the centaur.
"How the hell do you know him?" she asked as the man-horse trotted away- powerful muscles pushing his frightening body away from the two. God, centaurs were beasts- yeah they tried to play the whole peaceful astrology card but Vipera knew better. They were a bunch of violent pricks. Ugh. Bastards. She thought she heard something move in the distance and she stopped- pressing a hand over her lips as she listened for it. Padded feet.

Her hearing had gotten quite good since she had taken up traveling in the forest- and she could usually figure out which animals walked where- and dogs- or any kind of canine did not walk here. So it had to be human. A werewolf? No, couldn't be.... Could it? No full moon. Okay- so who was it?

Vipera started to peer through the brush- hididng behind trees as she looked, gripping her wand tight- ready to stun.

Sensing someone near her, she pointed her wand in the direction of the noise she thought she heard.

"Is anyone here? Come out- I have my wand drawn."

ooc: me? baha I should stupify you on accident. how funny would that be?

Vipera heard a voice in the distance and decided to ignore it. Why the hell would she give her position. She motioned for Ultimater to follow her and she climbed into a tall tall tree, resting in the canopy of it's branches.

Vipera froze and looked down to see a cloaked figure.
That was sketch. Very sketch. She whispered shhh and pressed a finger to Ultimater's lips before peering down once more.

OOC- yes, you. haha.

She continued to hold her wand out for what seemed like hours. She decided to call out once more.

"Look- show yourself! I have no intention of harming you. Reveal yourself."

She gripped her wand tightly, not being entirely honest. She licked her lips slowly, squinting into the darkness beyond the lit area around her.

Ulti decided to let the thing pass by in the hopes of getting a better look at the figure.
"Is it friend or foe" he thought.
Just then a twig on the branch of the tree broke and fell down onto the dark figure.
"Hope he didn't notice," he thought.

She waved her wand before the stick could hit her and continued to hold out her wand, speaking much more forcefully.

"Tell me who you are right now, or I'll blast you away right now."

Vipera hit Ultimater in the head. "Dammit U-dogg," she cursed before pointing her wand from the top of the tree and shouting,
"Expelliarmus!!" The shadowed figures wand flew into the bushes below and Vipera dropped to the ground. Stupid boy. Of course she'd have heard and now they had to act.
"Stop cuz I swear to God I don't care who the hell you are I'll--- Britt?"

She simply raised an eyebrow when she found the culprits to be Vipera and Ultimater- together. A rather odd couple, if I must say so myself... she thought.

"You damn near gave me a heart attack, Vipera. What're you guys doing sneaking around in the dark?"

She felt like a hypocrite at this point.

Ulti jumped down from the tree and as he hit the ground, he rolled forward to lessen the impact.
"Britt, oh its you."
Ulti's mind was still in the gutter and reached for Britt's arm and kissed her hand.
"Sorry can't help it" he added.

Vipera frowned.
"I'm sneaking?" she asked, starting to smile as Ultimater made a fool of himself. She laughed and pushed him into a bush. "You're ridiculous you know that?" she told him- smiling. "Sorry Britt, you're too hott I suppose," she rolled her eyes and returned to the questioning.

"So why are you here?" she inquired, smirking wickedly.

Raising an eyebrow as she pulled her hand away slowly from Ultimater, she turned to Vipera- who was obviously leading this 'adventure.'

"So, what are you guys doing out here, huh? Stalking me now, Vipera?"

"No. I wasn't stalking you" Vipera replied with a laugh. "And technically he found me- i was alone until boohoo here showed up with a random centaur and never- yeah tell me how the hell do you know him?" she asked, turning to Ultimater.

She looked at both of them increduously.

"You two are canoodling with Centaurs? Keep me out of it. I have important matters to attend to if you don't mind."

She began to step around them.

"Not as hot as you Vipera" he flirted and reached for her posterior.

Vipera glared at him as he moved.
"Stupify," she said- pointing her wand at his face. A red light bounced out of her wand and hit him squarely in the chest. She turned to Britt. "Let's go." before rolling her eyes and growling with anger.

They never learn do they.

She nodded. She had not expected someone to join her, if she started feeling nearer to her destination, she'd try to shake Vipera off nicely. Until then, she could use her. Vipera had a good knowledge of the grounds and the area surrounding it.

"If he just knew how to treat women, he'd do much better. He's not half-bad looking. It's his personality that's rotten..."

"Eh- what can you do-" she said with a little smirk as she looked down at him. "Yeah- not bad looking- he looks cute stunned-" she laughed and nodded to Britt. "Okie dokie- lead the way then Headmistress- oh hey I'm not going to do detention for that right?' she asked with a laugh.

She smirked at Vipera's comment, looking to her.

"Vipera... please stop referring to me as the headmistress. I'm Brittany, okay? The same Brittany you've known since you've been here at Hogwarts, okay? I haven't changed. Just my status. And yes, you'll be receiving a detention."

She winked.

As Ulti unfroze, he congratulated himself for finding the courage to do that.
"Oh ya, score!" he blurted as he shook his fist through the air. "She likes me. I knew it."

"Okay- take my sarcasm- it's like taking my soul-" Vipera said with a melancholy smile as they walked. 'So where are you going anyways miss I have to wear a creepy ass dark cloak to hide myself and kill all in my path?"

She laughed.

"I'm dressed in my normal attire! Why are you out here hiding in trees, Miss I-Hate-Everybody-But-I-Want-To-Know-Everything-About-Everyone?"

Ulti decided to spy on them with his invisibility cloak on as he held it with one hand and wand erect in the other.

Vipera snickered and shook her head. "Oh shut up." she told her, unable to admit that Britt was at least a little bit right- and just as sarcastic as she. She walked through the brush- her feet barely making any noise as she moved. she had been stalking throughout the forest for some time now- usually following the centaurs. And by now she was quiet enough to sneak up to a unicorn. But the moment she reached out to touch- the silvery eqquis would dart away as fast as lighting.
