Well, Makenshi's sword from Final Fantasy Unlimited is pretty cool, and we have Hitsugaya's Soul Slayer from Bleach, and a hellish load of other weapons from div series *nods*

Sephiroth's Masamune, Cloud's Buster Sword, Squall's Gunblade, Sora's Keyblade (Oblivion) and Goku's Wooden stick that can grow longer. ^^;;

Bleach dominates in having the widest range of weapons, and I've never come across one in the show that I've disliked.
My favorite zanpakutōs from Bleach are Kuchikya Bykayuya's Senbonzakura (particularly when he releases his bankai), and Hitsugaya Toushirou's Hyourinmaru.
