Since I think there is no topic on .hack series so I start one.

.HACK//SIGN is a very good anime in my opinion, I'm currently watching episode 12, and thats great ^_^

What do you think?

I've never heard of it. . .what's it about?

1)hack//SIGN is about a person named Tsukasa being unable to log out of the game world. While in the world Tsukasa meets up with BT, and Bear. He also becomes really good friends with Subaru. Will Tuskasa be able to logout or will he be stuck in this game forever.

2)"In the year 2005, a computer virus called 'Pluto Kiss' completely shuts down and restricts the global internet network of the world. In 2007, after extensive rescinding of the network, they create and release an online Network Game (MMORPG) called 'The World'.

Tsukasa suddenly awakens to find himself in 'The World', being able to feel, smell, touch, see and hear everything as if he were really there. He attempts to logout but fails to do so. Being unable to remember what has happened before he awoke, he wanders around aimlessly to find answers. I never really got into .Hack//Sign, but my friend told me about .Hack//Dusk and I've got into that. It's too cute!

Well guys, honestly I didn't play much online games...so I'm not familiar with them. But is there any online games nowaday that are similar to "The World" in .Hack//Sign?

Priston tale is sort of a anime look
and on them rpg forums this guy found a rpg that looks like rangarok in 3d mode but the servers are closed -_-

Yeah I was gonna start playing that game but forgot about it.

I'm playing priston Tale now, as "Yami Victor". Maybe you can find me in that game^^.

I forgot which server :P, but I think it is the one at the bottom..(Lunar), with Alpha. (What is Alpha, Beta by the way?). The name of my tribe is Tempskron..
Well, for me I find Priston Tale is much easier to gain level than knight online....I don't know why.

After watching .hack//sign episodes from 1 to 28. I rate this anime 9.5/10, very good anime indeed B)

It isn't pronounced "hack". Its pronounced "Dot hack". The dot has significance.

Its about a girl who plays an online game and gets trapped in it. Simple as that. But, the story changes perspectives so often that it gets a bit confusing.
