"Brothers, we are now beginning a major step towards bringing about peace once more to this great region! To date there are over 20 nations in which a power vacuum or rebel is causing widespread death and descruction and we have the means to stop it and help these people. The entire RSBN has been called(including mothballed vessels) to transport every one of the 26 legions throughout the region and 300 000 regular army peacekeepers.

The other legions and army units are either on standby awaiting orders to be moved out, held in reserves, or we cannot disclose their destinations.

These regions have all been declared protectorates of The Commonwealth under careful watch. As a warning to all rebelling or violent factions, fire will be met with fire, the more you resist, the more we will send to quell it. These are not militia units or ragtag units given "elite" status to sound imposing; this is the greatest fighting force to have ever existed with military doctrines, training, and tactics going back to the time of the original Roman empire when your civilizations didn't even have written languages. Many of these legions have been in existance several times longer than your respective nations.

You must remember we are not annexing these lands but are bringining peace to them. If there is no violence, there will be actions taken by our peacekeepers. Thank you all.

Due to the end of any organized rebellion in Molvanja, all legions are leaving the area and moving to other hot areas of the region and begin stabilising measures. The remaining regular army units will stay to ensure the surrender of all pockets of resistance in Molvanja's Eastern provinces.

We have also made the expansion to our forces official.

The regular army is to be expanded from 500 000 soldiers to 2 million. We will also maintain .5% of our population as the size of our combined military forces. More to come on vehicles and weapons.

The navy has jsut announced it will be laying down the keel of a new Kirov class battlecruiser. Although these vessels are considered the single most powerful non-carrier ship ever constructed and even though are called battlecruisers, are of battleship size and armour style, we will be making radical changes to the venerable design and announcing it as a Kirov III class. We are also creating two new carrier battle groups. The carriers will be Ark Royal class, expanding our total to 5 Ark Royal carriers and one amphibious strike carrier. Several new cruisers and destroyers will be added to compliment our new ships of the line. We will also be doubling the size of our hydrogen fuel cell submarine fleet from 8 to 16.

The air force will receive 7 new SB-107 multi-role fighter squadrons, (more info to come later on what this is) 3 new strategic airlifter squadrons each consisting of 9 SB-76M airlifters, 3 new tactical airlifter squadrons each consisting of 12 SBC-130 Hercules tactical transports.

The legions will be expanded from 26 to 30. These 4 legions will consist of entirely new technology and will emphasise the changing times of technology and doctrines.

The space forces are to receive a new technology. God cannons. They are similar in style to the ones Edessia employs. The majority of space funds are still going to the elevator(well under construction) and FTL engines.
