I think this should be voted in, this act streamlines global communication when natural disaster occuer over large areas of the world, spanning multiple nations, It's a place to focus funding and focus help, so one body is able to delegate work and relief structure, making it more organizied and efficent, plus it's a step into globalization, which is a good thing. I as your new UN Delegate, agree with this resolution, but want to know what the region thinks before i vote FOR or AGAINST in the UN. This organization is jsut as useful as NATO, WTO, WHO, and works on relatively the same basis, takes strain off the other organizations, namely WHO, WTO and in some cases NATO, by focusing and handling natural disaster work, streamlining the entire UN.
