Th Byzantine Navy has been ordered to mobilise. As a result, they have mobilised to the above positions. That is part of the surface fleet, however the Ministry of Defence has refused to state where or if the sub fleet is mobilised.

No reason was given for this sudden mobilisation. However it is believed to stem from threats abroad, and the nations involvement in events in the Adriatic.

Two illegal fishing vessles from Vardarska were siezed by the Byzantine navy. Upon a a search of the vessels, several tonnes of fish caught illegally in Byzantine territorial waters were found. The crew of the two vessels were detained for several hours and questioned, until they were flown to the capital via military helicopter. They are now in detainment, and will be tried. The two vessles were however sunk by the Byzantine navy, as they were not sea worthy, and posed a danger to whom ever boarded them.

OOC: This needs to end. I'm not Greek and I'm not Macedonian, but I'm sick and tired of seeing this going on. It seems clear to me that the usual methods of cooling such things are not working. Thracia, I commend you on your patience with the situation, but it seems that trying to be reasonable with -Macedonia- only results in further insults and slurs. The fact that Byzantian does not simply ignore this foolishness leaves the blame on two sets of shoulders. Being reasonable worked for a time, but I think action needs to be taken at this point.

You know i've read very interesting book maybe you know about it "Greek AntiMacedonian Strugle" from Dimitros Litoksou.In that book your national "hero" Pavlos Melas call us MACEDONIANS and he admit that Macedonians are not greeks ,also he said that he don't understand macedonian language but that he start to learn few words.There are many interesting things such us this maybe you should read it and stop call us FYROM.

Ignore it as long as it takes, you think jsut because your Greek and He's Macedonian or vice versa, your special? You think that Polski's dont get it from Ukrainians all the time? no! but I put up with it! as long as it takes for them to not care enough, if he doesnt get enough of a reaction or preferrably no reaction from you or anyone, he'll stop. Edessia sends amphibous forces towards Cyprus, seeing as that Island, currently having no form of government, what so ever, other then modern feifdoms divided cruely by gangs, is in no position to defend itself from takeover or sphere of influence whatsoever. Edessia is stepping in on multiple reasons, to defend and oversee the current tranquility of the nation, so that neither Byzantian forces become hurt nor Cypriot civilians and infrastructure. Also, to protect Edessian national interest, as you know, Edessia is in a prime spot and gateway tot he south eastern and north eastern areas of the region. And Cyprus is a prime spot of Edessian trade, we want it to remain productive and peaceful, also cyrpus is a great staging spot for Invasions and landings, blockades of all kinds. We take it upon ourselves to faithfully defend Cyprus, as if it were our land against ANY threat. That Island will not be contested!
