RE: Evidence of SIG activity in Gurich.

In an extremely secret investigation held by the GS (Geheimer Sicherheitsdienst - Secret Security Service) it was uncovered that SIG operatives used Gurite resources to stage their terrorist strikes. The investigation began withe the discovery of several missing shipments of various high explosive compounds and the reported disappearance of small arms from an abandoned armoury of the old regime, only recently put under surveillance. This led to an extensive investigation into the destination of said equipment. It was eventually found to have been taken and used by SIG forces.

This information will be withheld from the public and from the White Council for a total of two days, allowing foreign powers to prepare for what may come of this discovery. This is all I can give you my comrades.

From the experience I have had with my compatriots in the White Council and with the public of Gurich, this discovery will be viewed as an insult to Gurich and all of her people. I fear that the public will demand blood, and the Council will concur. I can only guess at whose blood... I hope the time I give you before this information is released is enough for the region to prepare for the worst from Gurich. Despite my own wishes, I do not hold the power to stop a war should the Council approve. I fear they will disregard any possible retribution from the rest of the region.

You must understand, my people are a very proud culture, and insult such as this is unacceptable, even i nthe face of the law. Gurich maintains one of the most powerful armies in the region, prepare well...

It is indeed unfortunate that such filth have succeeded in stealing our old equipment. The problem is that even today, so long after the war, we are still cleaning up the mess and finding hidden weapons caches daily. It seems that the SIG found this one first. We regret that such a thing as this could occur, but we realize we had little choice in the matter.

I would like to personally remind you that there remains only a single day before this information is made public, the people of Gurich may hunger for Mostarvian blood soon enough, my people are that unpredictable. So I warn you, be ready. The might of Gurich in a rage such as this could be a match even for you, especially should the other governments of the region decide to perform a preemptive strike at the same time. I myself do not want war. I also don't want to see slaughter, as much as I myself am angered at this insult to us, I believe that if Gurich should decide to make war on Mostarvia, then they deserve to find resistance and perhaps learn a lesson. I think a change in attitude is in order here, and I hope to bring it about if Gurich insists on war.

RE: Your warning.


The President, on behalf of the government and people of Mostarvia wishes to thank you for your regrets that you have expressed over this incident.

The President is somewhat puzzled over why the people of Gurich would want Mostarvian blood. After all, many Mostarvians were killed in the terrorist outrage that resulted from the stealing of supplies by the terrorists from the holdings at Gurich, including The President's wife, and his daughter, who has been severely maimed.

The President feels he must warn you in return, that the Mostarvian people may hunger for Gurich blood for what they view as incompetence and perhaps collaboration on the Gurich behalf to allow weapons to fall so easily into terrorist's hands.

Be ready.

The President does not himself feel this, but feels it must be made aware the people of Mostarvia may be enraged themselves.

The President does not want war between our nations either, but I feel we must work to produce evidence to our people we are allies with one another.

However, if Gurich insists on war upon The People's Red Mostar Union of Mostarvia, just like other nations are willing to do, The President warns that like the war mongers, Gurich will be plunged into a dark future of misery and despair at the hands of the might of Mostarvia as it invokes it's wrath of great fury and vengeance that shall be felt like a maelstrom.

In such a case, The President can not warn you to be ready. For readiness for Mostarvian fury would not be enough, it would be useless

Such resistance to this maelstrom would be futile, like fighting a hurricane with a sword. A token gesture to a wrathful force.

As to the possible pre-emptive strike on The People's Red Mostar Union of Mostarvia by other foreign nations, The President states that should they try it, they will punished...severely.
